The carpets look great! The dry time was a few hours and the carpets are nice and soft. The serviceman did a fast and efficient job and had a great sense of humor! Zerorez is everything as advertised on the radio and I will use them again.

I love how clean my tile was after the cleaning ,and how much less dusty my house is now that we have had the vents cleaned! You were in and out and gave a great deal to have our tile, vents, and carpets cleaned!Our service representative was a very nice guy too!

You are the ONLY company that really cleans the carpets. Others make the carpets look good for about a week and then the spots come up again. We also love the friendliness and expertise that Dave always exhibits. :)
I like the fact you do not use chemicals for cleaning the carpet, and my carpets look better than any other company I have used. The carpet also dries quickly and doesnt have the stiff cruchy feel after drying.

While your carpet cleaning was very good, as it was the last time. We were shocked by the HUGE mess that the duct cleaning left. Perhaps if we had some notice or warning of such an situation we wouldn't have been so surprised. We have had our previous homes' ducts cleaned (with other providers) and did not experience such a mess so we had no idea that this would occur. Perhaps if such a mess is made by your duct cleaning you ought to provide some clean up or the offer of additional cleaning at a charge up front. I would have appreciated that, instead of spending a WHOLE day cleaning up when I needed to be packing for a move.
Did a fantastic job... Tech was on time and finished fast while still doing really great work. Our carpet and chairs look soooo much better!
The carpet cleaning is impressive. Left my carpet VERY soft. No chemicals used, so no after odor. Expensive service if you include the carpet protector, but worth it. Pleased with the tile grout cleaning and seal. Again expensive, but worth the money.

My carpet looks great. My only complaint is that I could not get a cheaper price than the 3 room special and the area I had cleaned was much smaller than that. The web site showed prices for less that 200 square feet, but the woman I spoke to wouldn't allow me to have that price. The technician was very professional and completed the job quickly.
When I switched to Zerorez my carpet came up cleaner than ever. Most stubborn spots stayed gone and those that returned stayed gone much longer than with my previous regular-steam cleaner.
