stains remain after very expensive cleaning. Carpets are soft though.
I was thrilled with the service of the carpet technican. He was thorough and very polite. It has been almost a week and we still are commenting on how fabulous the carpets look and feel. It was well worth the money.

I have previously used Zerorez several times for carpet cleaning and liked the result. But, I am very dissapointed with the recent tile cleaning which was poorly performed. Many spots were missed with some spots very evident, especially on sections of the grout surounding an individual tile which were apparently missed. I think he was more interested in saving time. Your technician hit the basboards causing multiple chips. He also hit the corners of walls, perhaps also with the handles of the machine. I was really dissapponted with the grout where it is white in one spot and dark in an adjacent spots missed by the machine. He claimed that the dog had "peed" all over the house which is patently untrue. In the bathroom, there was still some hard water stain on some spots. For the cost, the result was not well acheived. We will now have to paint the baseboards and at least touch up the chips on the walls. Rozann Cooley

Service provider did a good job - carpets came out great. Wasn't informed upon making the appt that for area rugs placed over wood, plastic would be needed in order to clean. Too, if I had known (next time I will), you will provide the plastic.

We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet in our house when we moved in and called Zerorez and they saved us!! Our carpets look brand new!! It's amazing how much cleaner my house feels. And our technician Brett is really friendly and professional and does a great job!! We LOVE Zerorez!

I truly never thought I would see the true color of my carpet again . I've had animals and people moving in and out and with work boots and all outside soot on the carpet I was discouraged .. thought ok I have to rip it out and start over. Well I am so thrilled that I do not have to go to that extent right now.. my carpets look great I am so pleased with a job well done
