The most impressive part about your company is that there is actually "zero residue" on the carpets. It feels soft and clean when they are done. Spots do not reappear. The carpet is really clean. That the representatives are courteous, timely and professional is an added bonus. We have recommended them to ALL our friends and family.
Your technician arrived on time and he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Total was not over the bid. The carpet had many stains and sticky, strapping tape marks.
Four days later, no stains have reappeared. It now looks GREAT!

The service left my carpet very clean and the treatment didn't have a harsh smell. Bob was our service-man and he was friendly, courteous and professional. He recommended a product that I felt comfortable adding on.

I first heard about ZEROREZ from radio advertising spots on the Heidi Harris show.
In the past, we have used other carpet cleaning companies which resulted in fair to poor results. In fact, the last carpet cleaner did actual damage to our carpet.
ZEROREZ is outstanding, and exceeded our expectations. Our carpet was in bad shape, and you [ZEROREZ] made our carpet like new. In addition, we were very impressed with your personnel who were congeial and professional. In the future, we will only allow ZEROREZ to clean our carpet.

I like the job that you do. I was a little disappointed in paying the extra $50 for an additional room, and I felt like that room looked like it was the least good job. It just didn't look like there was the great improvement that I saw in other rooms...and it shouldn't have been like that, because it didn't seem the dirtiest. But I like not having chemicals to attract more dirt, yet still getting a good clean job. It's hard to convince people that even though you are a higher price-point, it's better over-all for the good of the ones living in the house. They would rather hire the cheapest, with the most soap! The one clear-cut referral I was able to make didn't use you because you couldn't accommodate their needed schedule, and they felt you were high in price.
The rugs in all 3 rooms were like new. The house smelled clean and fresh when the representative left. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to have come to my home.
Well it really worked. We had our carpets "professionally cleaned" by another company, but they did not get the grunge out...Zerorez made our carpets look new again!

The man that did our carpets was so pleasant, he explanined everything to us. He offered us other services, one of which we took, but did not pressure us or make us feel bad we didn't accept all that was offered. He was very efficient in his work.
Our floors look great, he wasn't able to get a couple of very old stains out of our BEIGE carpeting, and the walkway didn't come out as nice as I as hoping for, but we understand why. We hope to use your services every six months or so.

I've heard a lot of good things about your product, and wanted to try a different way
of cleaning carpets. My past experiences haven't been all that good. I like the fact that
it takes only 4 hours for the carpet to dry. I've had to wait up to 8 hours for other
companies. My carpet looks and feels great.
My husband and I were actually not satisfied the first time we received your service. We feel your technician should only have spoken to us and not to our renters about the state of our carpet and your services offered. This created a big problem for us. I spoke with your receptionist and requested that your manager see the situation for himself. He came out right away and we discussed options. The next day, your manager came back, addressed problems that were found on looking at the underside of the carpet, redid the carpet on both floors and handled a difficult renter with both patience and grace. I was very impressed with him. Because of him (I think his name was Mike), we will use your service again, when needed. Thank you for caring enough to turn the situation around.
The man that came out was very professional and courteous! My only complaint is that we have some spots that are resurfacing.
It came clean!!! Stanley Steamer couldn't do that. And no chemical odor.
Girl that I set up the appointment with was rude on the phone. Also, I told her the purpose of the appointment was for pet treatment and she gave me a quote. When the tech showed up he wanted to charge me an additional $40 more than I was quoted.
The carpets dry quickly...the tech was on time and very professional. The pricing is great.
I was quoted $99 for carpet I said I had 4 chairs small kitchen Tech came and quoted me $180! Don't know how 4 small chairs would be more than a rug

You are prompt, courteous, the carpet is fresh (not crunchy) and the service persons are extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would never use any other service.

I'm not totally happy with the grout cleaning of my floor, my laundry room still has dark areas in the grout. The carpet looks great. I think the laundry area could have used a longer scrubbing.
