please inform your representative that he doesn't need to tell me that my carpet is dirty, that is why i called your company! i also feel that when i talked to your young lady on the phone that i was led to believe that i could get my small familyroom, hallway and 1 lazyboy chair cleaned for the fee quoted. your young man informed me that the L-shaped hallway counted as the whole charge and that he would only clean my chair for an additional $75.00. then when i received your breakdown via e-mail i found out where my money was really going. your carpet cleaning is wonderful, the customer service needs improvement! Everything seems really clean.
What we like best is that there is no soapy residue left on our carpet (or on our tile from the machine and hoses.) The other major difference is the only smell left behind is that of a natural clean odor and not like others that made our nose and eyes run. We have a young toddler in our home and how wonderful it is to be able to let her down on the carpet this morning without worrying about toxic residue getting on her feet and into her system. Roy did an awesome job and he seems very knowledgable about carpets and cleaning in general. We will use your service again and request this young man. Thanks and please extend our thanks to him for all the advice about carpet wear and new purchases. He has done his research!
The tech was prompt, explained everything pertaining to the carpet cleaning and was most professional. In addition to the foregoing my carpet looks great. I intend to ad your company to our vendor list since you also have a portable unit. I work in a 40 story luxury high rise condominium and our owners have need of a company with the capability of your company.

Carpet on stairs was still wet when I went home and it wasn't as clean as I had expected. My husband was upset by the fact that the technician went widely around furniture and didn't try to get as close as possible - he had not been aware that the technicians would not move any items.
Doug arrived on time and provided the services that were promised. He was cordial and professional and made our carpets look like new.

con: three attempts to upsell with a stain coating... I was very clear the first time thatnthe reason i called zerorez is because I did 't want any chemicals or coatings on my carpet... Our carpet was made in a small independent carpet mill and we arentbsupposed to put anything like that on the carprt
3 rooms for 129.00, Living room less than 1/3 needed to be cleaned on the account of an area rug + furniture that didn't need to be moved. The tiny dining room off the living room could have been included with the living room as one room. We asked about it but they said they charge per room even if the whole room didn't need to be done. A little more than 1/3 of the bedroom needed to be done on the account of furniture that didn't need to be moved. Then we were charged another 32.00 for a tiny hallway. The technicians were very professional and friendly, they seemed to know how to answer all the questions, this is why I am not giving a zero but I think they could have worked with us in regard to doing the 2nd bedroom on the account of we paid extra for a tiny hallway and the cleaning in the other rooms were very minimal. Next time we will go with the 69.00 company we usually use, at least they are willing to work with us in regards to our situation I have explained above. Also spots are coming back even after the day Zerorez came out. We are now on our 2nd bottle of resolve. I don't feel we spent our money wisely in comparison to all the hype I hear on the radio and see on TV about Zerorez. Sincerely, Disappointed.

The carpets in my rental home look better than when I moved in! For beige carpet that is 6 years old that is saying alot! The process left them soft and smelling fresh.
The service people were professional, courtesous - even gave my neighbor an estimate same day! They were fast and effecient and took great care of my furnishings, floors and walls.

I like that there's less moisture left after my carpets have been cleaned. I also like the pet odor treatment you use. I also like that the service person did his best not to leave a mess and using booties and corner guards so as not to damage the corners of the walls.
I have used Zerorez many times in the past but may not use you in the future. My last Zerorez experience fell far short of my past experiences, There were stains left and when I mentioned this to the technition I was told I needed to purchase another special treatment. Furthermore after two weeks the carpet started showing dirty spots again. There are only two adults living in the house( both of us are over 60) and a small dog (35 lbs). I am again in need of carpet cleaning but I think I am going to try another service
I like the fact that there is no soap left on/in the carpet that you cannot see, however can feel sometimes. Also, when soap is left in the carpet, it seems that stains come back more quickly. I just feel that my carpet was cleaned correctly and well done. I like to walk on it again, barefoot. Granted, I don't think my carpet was in bad shape, after nine years; neither did my technician, so I guess I am ahead of the curve.
Dave is a knowledgeable technician who treats everything in the room as if it were irreplaceable. Courteous, efficient and thorough, I hope he will be here the next time we call for carpet cleaning!
Let customers know how long the carpets are going to take to dry when done. The carpets were soaked and somewhat squishy. We were very surprised at how long it took before we could walk on them (8 hours) and they were still damp. While the carpets came out clean and look great, the cost of your service is extraordinarily high. I don't think I would use you again because it cost me over $450 dollars for 3 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs, not to mention the extra cost of something that was offered for pet odor. I am not sure that the cost outweighed the benefits and that I couldn't have gotten the same results much cheaper somewhere else.
My large octaginol rug in the living room was cleaned and I can still smell dog urn on it. In the master bedroom the yellow stain of dog urn is visible. There is no odor, just the yellow stain. Other than that everything else was fine.
