Excellent professional service!
Carpet dried in small room, 11 x 12. Odor was strong to the point of making me feel ill. Left room and stayed in larger room that had also been cleaned, no problem. Ceiling fans were on in both rooms. Vacuumed dry carpets and odor dissipated. Please warn customers of this lingering odor after cleaning.
Uses water only, no soap residue; carpets clean up well; faster drying than steam cleaning; and technician Roy is very knowledgeable, thorough in cleaning carpets, excellent communicator & gives great customer service.
Friendliness of staff, carpets look great
You get the carpet super clean using just water, and it is only damp when you are done. A bit more expensive than others but really worth it, because nobody else gets the carpet nearly as clean - I will never use another carpet cleaner. I wish your company much success in the future, you deserve it!

Bob was very professional, very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning along with being very thorough about his work. Great work ethics too. we are very impressed that our 12 year old carpet looks brand new. We realize that our high traffic area is almost perfect and are very happy how that part of our carpet came out so beautiful. I've already posted my praise on my Facebook account.

Our carpet looks new! Dave is an excellent representative of your company. He was courteous, professional and thorough. I never expected the results that we got from Zerorez cleaning. A three year old builder grade carpet looks as good as day one and smells great! Our carpet was dry in about 2 hours and all our furniture is back in place. We will use Zerorez every time!!!
