I had a real dirty carpet. I was going to replace it. Then someone recommended that Zerorez can fix them, but not really. There were still some "gray shade" at high traffic areas. for certain really I still have to replace part of the carpets.
Watch the hose rubbing on paint. It makes black marks on the wall and base boards. Other than that service was great!

Roy did a great job getting stains out of the carpet that 2 previous cleaners were unable to remove. The stairs also look almost new again after 7 years.

Technicians are very professional.
Our stairs were left rather wet. It took over 24 hours for them to dry and it left an unpleasant odor during the process.
The smell of my animals was still in the house after you left and didn't animal protection spray on top.

Your service guy was very good, however, I expected a more professional way of doing business, e.g. when I asked for a quote, I wanted a written one at the time he was here in my house not a day later with zero $ amount. It took you 3 times to get it right, if I had not been in a hurry to get this done, I would have cancelled my order and go to another company. However, he did a good job and everything worked out OK.
Your carpet cleaning unit is all self contained. There was no need of using the customers water and no dirty water going down the sewer system. The carpets turned out very clean. Your service person was very courteous and friendly. Thank you.
The young man who arrived to do the cleaning was well dressed, courteous, and very professional. The price was as stated when the appointment was made and the job was done thoroughly and quickly. I am impressed

The work was good the technician did a good job ...very nice young man ...but for forty five minutes of work very expensive...considering no items had to be moved ..we did that..n my carpet had no stains..no extra work at all...the price was way too much..otherwise no complaints
When our tech Brett first came out to give us a demonstration back in Dec, he really got a portion of the high traffic area clean as well as an unknown type of stain. I figured we would have you do the whole carpet when we could afford the job. So this past appointment I was upset with two issues; first my verbal confirmation was to be between 8a-12p, but the call to me the day before told me it would be 10a-1p, which really messed up my day. The girl on the phone even saw a note for the appointment to be 8a-12p, but I have no explanation as to why it changed. Second, the high traffic area did not get as clean as it did on the day of the demo. I thought it might look better after it dried, but no; you can still see a distinct pattern of the dirty area. I hope my dissatisfaction get me a call from someone and possibly make arrangements to have someone come out again to clean this area like it was supposed to be.
Polite and professional, best at getting out stains. Carpets look good longer.
