The Technician was prompt, matter of fact he was early and did a great job on our carpets. We had some very tough stains and he was able to get our carpets almost to looking brand new :)
1. The truck left an oil slick about a foot in diameter and heat damaged the asphalt where it had been parked. Didn't notice it until the today.
2. I was very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning itself. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable and did a terrific job.
3. The only major disappointment was how I was treated by customer service. I originally called in response to a $99--3 room special, but was told it would not be honored in my case since my carpet happened to be on stairs and in a hallway. (Seemed unfair---since I have less carpet than in average sized rooms so I appealed to the manager "Paula". She reluctantly agreed to throw in the landings for fee and gave me an estimate of $140 based on 20 stairs. When the technician arrived, I learned that zerorez has redefined the definition of "a stair" so by the new definition I now had 24 stairs and my bill would be $160. A quick call to manager Paula, who I was sure would honor the original quote only resulted in making me feel less "special" than ever. She had to playback a recording and then wouldn't honor the price anyway because the technician's "new age" count had to be used---All in all a degrading not customer friendly experience.
There are 100 homes in my subdivision with the same sort of set-up for carpeting. A $20 savings to me would have easily brought in 10 or 20 new customers for zerorez. Based on the quality of the cleaning, I would have given glowing recommendations. You could give me the cleaning for free now and I wouldn't recommend zerorez!
Workmanship is excellent and we're pleased with the cleaning results. Your technician's truck has a serious oil leak and left a 1' diameter oil stain on the pavement in front of our house. He needs to get his oil leak addressed.

I specifically chose this company because it offered an eco friendly alternative to spraying loads of crap on an already unfriendly synthetic carpet that came with my house. After 3 years, the carpets looks almost new, the stairs came out great, and the gentleman who cleaned them was a fount of information. The only issue I had, the diesel truck he used left several large spots in front of my driveway. Not cute.
Your truck left a huge grease stain on the street directly in front of our home. Huge meaning 4 feet by 1 foot. Also, your pricing is dramatically higher. Not even competitive.
My friend Terry Davis recommended zerorez.
Ray did a great job on my carpets. I bought a foreclosed house and the carpets were stained, they are now clean.

I have recommended Zerorez before and will continue to do so. In my opinion, it is the best method to clean the carpet. It is dry within one day, and one of the guys a few years ago even got blue paint that I had spilled on the carpet, I was glad I had called right away. Needless to say, I was very relieved.

We have a curved stairway with newel posts painted white all the way up. I did not realize until the cleaner left, that on each post along the curve, paint was removed off the edge of each square post from the dragging and pulling of the hose. Had I known this would happen, I would have put a blanket along the posts all the way up to prevent this.
Zerorez needs to be upfront about the hose system and that it runs out of the van. I live in an apartment and almost was not able to fulfill my service after I had left work early to be home and needed it to be cleaned before my new roommate moved in.
I love the concept of chemical-free carpet cleaning. However, I paid big bucks for the protection spray only to find it was ineffective. I dropped a miniscule drop of something in my dining area and immediately blotted, pressed, and wiped the spot (no bigger than a pearl) without success. The only thing that would get it out was some carpet spot remover that Stanley Steemer gave me a year or so ago. Needless to say, I was extremely disheartened by that experience. The outlay of $140 was exhorbitant considering its ineffectiveness.

My heavily soiled carpeting is completely renewed. There were no hidden charges & no high pressure to purchase additional treatments. My 2000 sq ft home was completely finished in about 1 1/2 hours & the serviceman was pleasant & very competent. Will only use Zerorez in the future as have never had such great cleaning from any other carpet service. Thanks!

This is not the first time we have used Zerorez and it will not be our last. I like that you don't you soap or harse detergents but just steam it out and what a job you do. Even the dirtest dirt come clean.

I made an appointment to have air ducts and carpet cleaned. The night before you called to confirm my appointment and what service was going to be completed. However, when they arrived at my house they had no clue about air duct cleaning and only did my carpet. I do not blame the folks that showed up at my house but am not happy over the lack of communication. Nothing is needed on your part to fix this situation.
