My carpet were very dirty and after being cleaned by Zerorez they look new again. The young man who cleaned the carpet was very professional and did an excellent job.

I love the job they do each time for me but I was disappointed that the cost of cleaning my steps had doubled since the year before. Because of the huge price increase for me, I could not have the steps cleaned.

The technician was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and everything that he said would happen happened in the time frame he said it would. Carpet soft afterwards and dried quickly. Carpet looks amazing - much better than with other professional carpet cleaning companies. Extremely satisfied!

It made the carpet I thought was done for look like new. Extremely happy!!!

The results were fantastic. However, you had our rug for 5 weeks! I think that's excessive.

The technician did not move small furniture items, rugs, lamps, etc. or protect any itmes (as has been done by Stanley Steamer, when they have cleaned the carpets); he just cleaned around them. He seemed to start out slow and meticulous, but finished three other rooms very quickly (after he was talking on his cell phone). Several small stains remain. Overall, the carpets seem fairly clean (some rooms were already pretty clean, tho'). I think he could have done better.

The quote I received online was different from what I paid. The quote online for two rooms was around $75...yet I was charge @$135. One room was a large bedroom and the other room was a 10' X 6' closet.

Customer service was exceptional during an emergency and you came back and made sure I was happy.

This is the second time I have used your product, I love the fresh smell it leaves in my home and the way my carpet looks. I also appreciate that the same person came to my home both times and although I don't remember his name I want to compliment him on what an excellent job he does. He presents himself in a friendly manner,goes right to work and does an excellent job.

The carpets came out much cleaner than they ever did with Service Master. I was very skeptical at the start, but Roy said "don't sweat it. I'll clean a small area and you let me know if you'd like me to proceed". Well, Roy cleaned a 2 square foot space in one of my worst traffic areas, and it looked great. Naturally there was wear in the area, but the color came back as close to original as I'd ever seen it. Other companies have tried to clean those areas and simply didn't make a difference. Roy (and ZeroRez) did.

I'd also like to share that "Roy" was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but was extremely helpful and did an amazing job on my carpets. You need a whole staff of Roy's to send out to the field. He's the man.

I've already called my parents to recommend your service, and will be doing the same for my friends at work on Monday.

Service was great and our carpets look like they did when we moved in! Quote was accurate and very realistic, we were expecting additional costs for some stains, so it was nice to have been told that in advance and then have the additional cost be must less then anticipated. after just one week after having carpets cleaned, spots are reappearing and carpet looks dirty again, technicians were friendly, carpets looked cleaned when they left but not so much now, rooms were empty and easiy to clean and no one walked on them with outside shoes, but now they look dirty again

Zerorez employees were very courteous, efficient, and professional. I was very pleased with the outcome on our carpets and also on the tile.

I am pleased with the quality of the carpet cleaning. I am not, however, pleased with the very high pressure salesmanship to have other areas cleaned. When I said NO at this time I meant NO. I had to be rude to your man to stop him from trying to obtain more cleaning areas. If I asked for estimates on other than what I contracted to clean it would be another matter. I do not appreciate a cleaning service checking out my other rooms and trying to high pressure me into getting carpet cleaning. I absolutely would not want to recommend your service based on this; I do not want to put them through the harrasment of unsolicited further cleaning sales pitches as I experienced.

Roy and Ray gave a second swipe of the machine when I asked them to remove the indented places on the carpet where furniture formally rested. Right on time, keen on customer satisfaction and cost effective work. Highly recommend Zerorex
