I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Zerorez and Brett. He took the time to make sure my carpet had the best cleaning possible, explaining the additional need to remove a pet stain but never pushing services.I have to say Zerorez did the absolute best job I have had done on my carpets, and I am not easy to please!
Josh Jones was prompt, professional, polite, answered all of my questions regrading your products and procedures. He got the job done the right way, and wasted no one's time. As a matter of fact I recommended Zeroez tonight when we were at dinner at our favorite video poker bar/ restaurant. It was kind of funny how that even came up in the conversation!

Over all the experience was good, there were a few spots that appeared after the carpet tried, but over all I was satisfied. The technician was very professional and pleasant.

This was my first time using ZeroRez and I was excited at how clean my carpets looked! The coloring was brought back to life, the spots were gone and it looked wonderful again! Did a nice job of cleaning the carpets, and removing stains and darker tracking areas. Tech was courteous and professional. I thought the service was a bit pricy, about $30 more than I've paid with previous service. I thought the quote on the phone was $35 per room, but it turned out to be $39 per room. Maybe I just heard it wrong. Also, the $8 fuel charge is picky. Charge what you want to charge, without adding surcharges.
Like the product. However this time the tech did not move any dining room chairs or small things like a small garbage container and didn't put any risers under any furniture. Not as thorough as first time.

I was disappointed that the technician did not tip the big chairs forward and clean under them. I realize that the davenport would have to be moved forward to clean under it, but I am 93 and tho I moved all the small stuff I could handle, couldn't move those bigger pieces.
Our service man was quite knowledgable about carpet construction and how to keep it clean. I am very happy with the results.
