The carpet is not left wet and smelling of chemical.

Your tech was wonderful. He knows your producets and services. He offered the upgrades but did not push. I really appreciate that he respected what I had to say. Ray's work on my carpet was excellent. It looks better than when I moved in 10 years ago. I can't wait to have my bedroom, family room & halls done - just have to save the $$.
The young man you sent here was just great. He explained everything to us and his work was ethic was wonderfull, I hope to have him back in the future

I like that the carpeting had a soft feel to it after the cleaning instead of the dry, cruted, hard soapy feeling

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ZEROREZ. WE HAD A ROSE COLORED RUG THAT WE USED THE CHEMICAL CLEANING ON AND WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE IT..(THIS WAS YEARS AGO). WE USED YOUR SERVICES AND IT LOOKED LIKE A NEW CARPET. IT WAS AMAZING. I TELL PEOPLE TO USE YOU ALL THE TIME.

The carpet pet stains are back and the high traffic areas show through already, and it's only been a couple of weeks. For almost $400 I would have expected a better quality job and a guarantee of your work. I will not recommend you to my friends and associates.
The young man that cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. The carpets came our very clean. We like the concept that no soaps are used. The carpet was dry within a couple of hours. Thank you zerorex for doing a great job!
We still have several stains that didn't come out.
