Great service with fast speed at a fair price
I love how clean my tile is and that my carpet isn't crunchy after it dries! have already recommended you to several friends
Showed up as schedeled.Did a professional job and procedure leaves a mmimimum of moisture so drys quickly.
Super quality! Awesome customer service!
it would help to assist in moving furniture as women cant move heavy things by themselves.
Door to our house was left open during cleaning and the smell of exhaust from the truck was coming in the house
Excellent job and only water
Primarily, the fact that you don't use chemicals. Ray was an extremely polite young man and seemed very knowledgeable about the process and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with how the carpet looked. And, it does look beautiful for 13 year old carpet!
Everything was really quite good but I did ask them to come back and go over a small area between my bedroom and living room where there is kind of a path. But overall I am very satisfied with Zerorez as the carpet seems to stay clean longer.
Our carpets were not clean.. We spent an hour spot cleaning them. We use a rainbow vacumn, and used it to vacuum the carpets three hours after the technician left. The water was BLACK!
Your advertisements claim the carpets dry in 1 hr. it took 4..
Your advertisements also claim, without disclaimers, to restore the carpets to their factory look, which didn't happen.
On the plus side, our area rugs look perfect.
I vacuum weekly, spot clean frequently to keep the pile of the carpet fresh.
We are very dissatisfied with the carpet Cleaning.
Make it right: a refund.
I paid $40 extra for a protectorant that is supposedly necessary to warranty the stain removal of zero rez; i paid this only to find out that after your tech could not remove my stain that i would need to pay another $50 to have someone come out and treat the stain again to attempt to remove it - the stain was tea and chocolate milk - hardly anything out of the ordinary to spill on the carpet. now i am out $165.00 and my carpet is still stained and i will have to pay another $50 to even have someone come back and try again. the other advice i received if this fails is to buy a replacement piece of carpet - where exactly do you suggest i find this for a 13 yr old carpet? why did i have to pay the extra $40 for protectorant to "warranty" this job only to find out that I would need to pay another $50 just to have you try to remove it again? unbelievable - what a rip off
The Tech called before arrival, which was great. Fast, efficient and my carpets look great.
The $99.00 promotion sounded great. But ONCE I made an appointment and they were at my house did they "reveal" the additional $35.00 PER ROOM for scotch guard, or sealing it or whatever it was. I would have rather been told it was $68.00 per room (99.00 divided by 3 = 33.00 + 35.00 = $68.00 per room), instead of the bait and switch. Very disappointed in this lack of professionalism. Of course, I could have said no, but then they were saying how a spill or something else may not come up totally if I do NOT use the "sealant" on the carpet. So what else was I going to do? Call other companies and reschedule 2 days before move in? Please be honest and UP FRONT!!!!! This is a typical Las Vegas company there to "add charges" to the advertised price. Sort of how Toyota will say 199.00 for a Camry, but they neglect to tell you that is for a specific situation that is .05% of the population.
Hello There, I am very disappointed and wish that I was having a better experience! I love the concept of your cleaning method but feel that I have been taken advantage of and mislead by your local Las Vegas franchise. I recently called the local Zerorez office and scheduled an appointment to have the carpets in a newly purchased travel trailer cleaned. The previous owner had pets and those pets urinated on the carpet of the trailer. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was very upfront and clear about the condition of the carpets and the smell. I also made it very clear that I did not want to waste money on carpet cleaning if the cleaning was not going to work and that I would rather replace the carpets now than pay for carpet cleaning and still have to replace the carpets. I also told the appointment rep that my son has asthma and that I needed to make absolutely sure the smell was taken care of so that I could keep my son from having problems with it. I repeated myself often during our conversation and was reassured that this why your company is in business and that you deal with this issue all the time and that it would be taken care of and that I would be happy with the results. The day of my appointment, the technician showed up and I gave him a run down on the carpet issues and he simply went to work. He finished up what I thought was rather quickly and I went out and inspected the carpet with him. It was still very obvious that the problem was not taken care of so I asked him to keep working on it and he told me that I needed a pet service and that it was going to cost $45/$50 more than I was quoted. I was shocked. I had been so very clear that the whole reason I'd hired Zerorez was to get a pet service! I explained to the technician that I had already explained all of this to the appointment rep and did not understand why I was not scheduled for a pet service in the first place and then reluctantly agreed to pay more for the pet service only as long as this extra fee and service would take care of my problem. After the service was done the technician came to me for payment and I asked him if the problem was taken care of and he said yes. I then told him that if the smell came back that I would be calling and he then informed that the service he had just done was not guaranteed. I was again shocked. What?! I told him that I was not made aware of that before he started the service and that I was not OK with this. He took my payment and left and within 2 days the smell started to come back because the deodorizer was drying up and wearing off. I waited a little over a week to call the local franchise back and explained my experience and disappointment. I spoke to a woman who seemed very understanding and she scheduled for a field manager to come out and assess the situation. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am this morning and the field manager guy showed up at 10 am. He offered no apology and did not give me a card or anything with his name or contact information. I showed him the carpet and explained the situation and he was immediately defensive. We would not have told you that we could fix the pet smells. We do not guarantee this work. The appointment rep must have told you that we try to get it out but that we can't get pet urine out of carpet because it is such a strong chemical. I asked him if the phone calls were taped and he informed me that they are so I asked him to go and listen to the call I made and that he would be able to see my point and that I was very, very clear about my carpet situation. I also asked him why his carpet professional that came out to clean my carpets did not also inform me up front that the services were not guaranteed or that he was not going to be able to get the smell out? The field manager then told me that I was told this... Was he calling me a lier?! I again asked him to go and listen to my appointment setting call and that he would again see where I was coming from instead of us going back and forth without him knowing the facts. He said that he would and he offered me a small refund on the pet service that was added onto my original service. I explained to him that I had booked a pet service and giving me a small refund was not was I was expecting. I made myself clear that I would either like a full refund (so that I am not upside down in replacing the carpet) or to have the job completed in the manner in which I was told it was going to be preformed. He flat out refused me. I'm surprised by this because he has not even listened to the appointment call where I was told that the job would be something that they do all the time and I would be satisfied. Again, I am very disappointed and expected to be treated more professionally. I was hoping to find a reputable company to have a long standing business relationship with. I have a house, cars, travel trailer and kids and get my carpets cleaned a few times per year. Thank you so much for your help and attention with this matter. Have a great day! Effective and profesional service with quality results.
Besides having the cleanest rugs since I purchased them, every person I was in contact with was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.
I was not told about an additional charge for steps. When I made my appointment, it was for the $99.00 cleaning for one regular room plus $8.00 for a fuel surcharge and I was expecting a total bill of $107.00 plus gratuity. In the end the tech charged me $15.00 less than expected for the cleaning but $75.00 additional for the steps. This equates to $61.00 additional then I was expecting.
I feel this was a 'bait and switch' technique from your company. My house is a tri-story home and I would never consent to paying an extra $5.00 per stair. In all, there are a total of 31 stairs in my home - luckily I was only planed on having my lower level cleaned this past weekend.
As I had guests arriving the following day and did not want to have to reschedule with another company, I agreed to have your tech stay and do the job. However, based on your additional surcharges for steps and the fact that I was not informed prior to his coming, I can not in good faith recommend your company.
Everything
Quick, did a great job
Quick and easy. Liked how it only took a few hours to drive.
Always great service
Great product Great service
O
Your service technicians are always so professional, polite and considerate. Never pushy.
Carpet was extremly clean and soft and no time at all to waite for it to dry. Would recommend to a friend and will be useing you in the future. The workers where polite and professtional.
We were tied up for a week from the first visit that was not satisfactory. The second visit ended with broken equipment. The third visit still left dirty grout over about 5% of tile surfaces. Carpet cleaning on the third visit was satisfactory. We would probably schedule carpet cleaning again but definitely not grout/tile cleaning. Contacts with workers were all friendly and courteous. Maybe it's your tile/grout cleaning equipment. Sorry.
Your Technicion was very professional and knew the business well. I am very pleased with the service.
That no chemicals were used.
We have used you before to clean the carpets and we were very happy with the process as well as your personnel who were very courteous and professional. This time we had the carpets and the tile done. We were very pleased with the way the tile came out being somewhat apprensive at the outset because we used a tile/grout specialist company before with disasterous results. You have earned our business and we will do this again in two years since it is just my wife and me along with our 2 mini Dachhounds so nothing gets to dirty in our large home. Thanks for your process and help with our home.
Techs did a nice job on our carpet. Thanks.

The serviceman Andre was polite, friendly and very professional.
