I very much appreciate that harsh chemicals are not used. We have animals with allergies and need to be careful of chemical exposure. I also like knowing that I am not walking on chemical laden carpet.

I like that you Zero Rez does not use soap which winds up coming to the service and collecting more dirt over time. My rugs don't feel stiff and they always clean up nice. I should try to do them every six months instead of once a year or more, I might get even better results.

Zerorez is the only company I have used since we got our carpeting over 6 years ago. It still looks like once new once Zerorez cleans it! I have never had a problem with them. On a couple of occasions asked them to return to do minor touch ups, it was done quickly and efficiently. I would never consider using anyone buy Zerorez and have recommended it to friends.

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was prepared to do extra work over and above what we originally ordered. Carpets and travertine looked great but time will tell on how long it lasts.
There was no residue smell of chemicals when fi usher-- ray did an outstanding job.
Your man missed some spots but the floor was so dirty he probably couldn't help it.....

As the former owner of a carpet cleaning company I realize more than most just how good you guys are. I think your system is the best out there.
My heavily trafficked areas were not cleaned well. I had another carpet cleaner come out the next day and did a far more thorough job. He does both carpet repair and cleaning and the quote for my whole house was half of what Zerorez charged me. I paid a lot to have you clean my carpets, and did not get my money's worth. I am very disappointed. Zerorez did not live up to the advertisements.
we did not have a carpet cleaned that was supposed to be cleaned,and when we told the carpet cleaner,he said we never told him about the room.We will never use your service and we will be sure to never recommend your service.That refusel will cost your company more than whatever it would cost to have the work done correctly in the first place
RAy did a wondersful job. Was able to remove most of the pet stains ( of which there were many). I like the feel of the carpet after it has been cleaned. Nice and soft.
That you don't use any chemicals, it didnt' try stiff, and it looked great! I had my tile and grout done also and it looked amazing! The cost was very affordable, I promise not to wait so long for the next cleaning. I couldn't afford the other companies, but then I heard about Zerorez! Totally satified and happy!
