We have not received a quote. ALos You gave me pricing for my home and did not honor the 90 form Mark and Mercedes radion offer of $90, I was told it was $119. Your pricing for residentail seen much high than your competitors.
There was no odor, the carpet looked new, spots disappeared, service was polite and quick. New owners really appreciated the cleanliness.

The gentleman who provided the service was very polite, very efficient, and did a wonderful job. I thought my carpet was trash (literally), and he managed to bring a little life back to it.

Fast cleaned what others could not didn't move furniture. Need a reasonable price. For tile grout cleaning like a value per inch of grout. Floor area with 24 inch tiles should not be valued in square feet

Service tech was on time, did a great job on my carpets & price was what was quoted!!!! Carpets look brand new.
The only feedback that could be useful is that baseboard guards should be used where the large hose goes around corners. I had to clean portions of my baseboard once the carpet cleaning was complete. The large hose left black marks on my white baseboards.
The technician should wear shoe covers everytime he enters the home. He used them everytime except when he came in to spray the pre-treatment. I asked him to use the shoe covers but he said it is too difficult when he is going in and out of the house. I should have insisted but he was a really nice guy. I didn't want to make his job too hard.
Other than that, so far, the carpet looks good. I will see if I like the results after a few weeks.

I like how you could see the before and after to see how clean the rugs were. I also liked that they didn't take quite as long to dry

It looks nice, but it cost me more that I wanted to spend.
I like the fact that no shampoo or soap was being used in the cleaning process. Actually my house didn't have that bad odor after it was done like usual when I would get them cleaned.

Tha carpet is softer and stays cleaner longer than other companies that use chemicals to clean with.
The technician was very professional and informative about cleaning the carpet in our home. He was happy to take a few minutes with us to explain how the carpet gets so clean with Zerorez's water only cleaning technique. He took great care in setting up for the job as to not damage our walls or doorways with the long hose. He was very courteous. I highly recommend and their team. I will definitely use them again.

After hearing the advertisement on the radio advertising a three room special for $99, we had someone come out to the house for an estimate. The estimate totaled $549 for three rooms, Even though the carpet is a different type than typical, I would consider the up-charge a bait and switch practice and was highly disappointed.
I like the fact the solution is chemical free. I also liked the fact the technician was professional and was considerate. The rugs that were cleaned were not soaked and dried within 4 hours. I didn't think my rugs could look new again until I tried Zerorez. I will use Zerorez again and I will spread the word about how great your company is. Thank you!!

Water left all over the tile floors. Grout in tile full of white particles that I had to scrub out. Stain in area rug in living area was not removed.
Your service people are ALL very helpful and friendly. Your product really cleans not only our carpets but our tile too.
I like that there are no chemicals. The carpets came out looking great. All staff was extremely professional.There were no hidden charges, etc.
You came out to our home and looked over the job, all of the nuances and gave us a price of $378.00. Then on June 4th the guy came out to do the job, relooked at everything and the price jumped to $ 504.00. We didn't buy any more rugs, and the scatter rugs were taped down with carpet tape when the first guy looked to make the estimate. To make us feel right about the job we should be rebated monies to the original pricing.
I noticed your truck in front of my neighbor's house recently and asked them about your service. They recommended you and I also saw your company listed on Angie's List.
I like the fact that you do not use chemicals, and my rugs look just as good as when chemicals are used. The young man that cleaned my carpets was very polite and knowledgeable.
