The quality of the work, although there are several stains in our bathroom that have not come out the last two cleanings. Also, there was still toothpaste on our carpet after this last cleaning.

Dave was wonderful in explaining the process unfortunatly the carpet was prbobly to bad to clean I will look into replacement after all. The stong smell stayed for 4 days before it became bareable again
Ray was the guy that came. He was great, explained everything, gave us great advice about the maintinece of the carpet. We were a little disappointed with the outcome of the traffic areas.

No chemicals....nearly dry when done....Shoe covers on your techs! Very personable techs who are also willing to teach about carpet care.
In both instances that I have used zerorez the personnel knew their job, were efficient, pleasant and not overbearing when explaining other services that zerorez provided.
My carpets came out way cleaner than they did the first time I used steam cleaning, and I also appreciated that the technician was not a pushy salesman type!

Your tec's name was Ray. He did a better job this time than either of the last 3 times we used Zerorez. Ray worked with us on the tough spots on the long shag rug. We have suggested others in the neighborhood.
Brent was "the best"! The service was excellent, Brent went above and beyong the service I expected. The carpet hasn't look this good since it was new!
We still have a smell of urin in the rug even though we paid extra for the solution that was suppose to neutralize the odor.
