The fact that is drys quickly. I especially like the fact that stains do not reappear but stay gone unlike other carpet cleaners.

My carpet is fairly new,(6 months) and good quality (Stainmaster) I was hoping it would look like new again, however, the traffic patterns were evident even as he was finishing up. Today the traffic paths are as if you never came.
The service experience from the call to schedule to the service rep who cleaned my floors is excellent. Carpets stay clean twice as long as other providers who used chemicals. Also, my dog has skin allergies and they aren't exacerbated with Zerorez's method of cleaning. I also appreciated the service reps explanation of what he was doing and his willingness to add on rooms when he was here. Floors look great! I have recommended you on Facebook and personally to friends and neighbors. Thank you.
Got my carpets cleaned by zerorez and they look fantastic. could not be happier. I thought I needed new carpet and the dirty path areas could never look good. I was so wrong. Our tech Roy was wonderful. He did such a great job and gave us some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Give them a try, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!

I like the professionalism of the company and the fact that Torrie always seems to be right on top of everything. There is never a mis-step with Zerorez and Roy is terrific.....prompt, professional and very particular about his work. As a Realtor, I've used many carpet cleaning services, but Zerorez outdoes them all and their pricing is fair. The service people are clean, neat in their appearance. The job done is excellent. I have Zerorez clean my grout earlier this year - Bobby was the service person and he was the service person cleaning my furniture - he's a great young man and does a great job. I always mention Zerorez if someone is talking about carpet, grout or furniture cleaning. You are a little more expensive, but well worth it

I scheduled an appointment for the grout on my tile floors to be cleaned and sealed. They were only cleaned except the grout at the edges of the room was not. I had to schedule 2 appointments (and block out 2 full afternoons which is a lot when you have children and lots of activities) before they were completely cleaned and sealed. Then, when the grout was sealed, it did not dry well. It spilled on to the tile and looked terrible. There were shiny splotches all over the tile, and the sealer pooled in some of the grout. I scheduled another appointment for the floors to be assessed, and then waited for nearly 2 weeks before I even heard back about the plan to remedy the situation. Finally, we scheduled yet another appointment. They cleaned and sealed the entire floor, and now it looks even worse than before. The tile is shiny, and it looks like there are more drops on almost every tile in the room. It has been very frustrating. I wish they could make my floors look good.
Your service rep arrived on time, was very professional and helpful, did the job needed and was gone in about 1 hr. My carpets never looked better! You had been referred to me by 2 friends that had previously used Zerorez.

Carpet dried in small room, 11 x 12. Odor was strong to the point of making me feel ill. Left room and stayed in larger room that had also been cleaned, no problem. Ceiling fans were on in both rooms. Vacuumed dry carpets and odor dissipated. Please warn customers of this lingering odor after cleaning.
Uses water only, no soap residue; carpets clean up well; faster drying than steam cleaning; and technician Roy is very knowledgeable, thorough in cleaning carpets, excellent communicator & gives great customer service.
