Your tech was extremely professional and helpful. It took us approximately three days to notice how nice the clean carpeting came thru. Both my wife and I are impressed by your performance.
The service was very quick and I liked how everything was explained to me up front before he began so there would be no surprising charges or unsatisfied results. My carpets all look great and there isn't any residue or "crunchy" carpet anywhere. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my cleaning. The serviceman Roy was fabulous, he was extremly knowledgeable about the cleaning the carpet and also about carpeting in general. The carpets turned out great. The only thing I did not like is being told about the sealer after the cleaning was in progress, I would have liked to be told about that option when I called to set up the cleaning. It shouldn't be left to the serviceman to spring the sealer application and the price if it while he is here doing the service. An extra $100 added to the price of the cleaning for a carpet sealer, I should have been told about that when I called to schedule. I will use the cleaning service again for sure, I am not sure about the sealer I will have to see how well it helps. Thanks, Name removed Pruchnic
I like the cleanliness of the carpet ,and how quick the carpet dries not two or three days Was pleased with the service . One complaint your truck left grease in my driveway .The driver came back and tried to clean it but it's still there .Would appreciate if you would send someone to clean it up . Thanks.

No soap used
Carpets looked much cleaner. Mostly dry by later in the afternoon.

I think I will really like the fact that no soap was used on the carpets. It will surely be noticeable in about a month. Also my carpets are 14 years old with pet issues and you guys did a great job making them look new.
You came highly recommended by a radio personality friend of mine who I have sold 4 houses to. Prior to the start of our appointment, your representative (Brett) asked if I wanted the carpet treated with a special type of Scotchguard. I asked him how much it would cost? He did some calculations and said instead of paying the original estimate of $339, it would be $479. I said "What type of guarantee the price of $479 included?" He responded at that price there was no guarantee offered. He continued informing me that I'd have to pay an even higher price to get a 1 year guarantee. I almost flatlined! No Guarantee? After adding another $140??? You want me to pay an additional $140 yet it carries no guarantee unless I pay even more money??? I would never fall for your set of tricks again. You offer a service yet won't guarantee it unless you've finished cleaning out every penny in my bank account so you would stand behind a service I had heard was good and came highly recommended! Your service might be ok, yet, I would never recommend you much less allow you to clean my carpets if you can't guarantee your service at a reasonable price. For as much as you are asking me to pay I could have installed new carpet in a couple of rooms. Your attempt at highway robbery was really disappointing. I will be sharing this with my friend who is the radio DJ at one of the stations you use for your promos and advertising. I will also be sharing this with the realtors at our weekly meetings.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Zerorez and Brett. He took the time to make sure my carpet had the best cleaning possible, explaining the additional need to remove a pet stain but never pushing services.I have to say Zerorez did the absolute best job I have had done on my carpets, and I am not easy to please!
Josh Jones was prompt, professional, polite, answered all of my questions regrading your products and procedures. He got the job done the right way, and wasted no one's time. As a matter of fact I recommended Zeroez tonight when we were at dinner at our favorite video poker bar/ restaurant. It was kind of funny how that even came up in the conversation!

Over all the experience was good, there were a few spots that appeared after the carpet tried, but over all I was satisfied. The technician was very professional and pleasant.
Brett was effecient, knowedgeable, and professional. The results of the cleaning was more than I expected. He did a good job. Plus, it only took about an hour and the price was very competative!
This was my first time using ZeroRez and I was excited at how clean my carpets looked! The coloring was brought back to life, the spots were gone and it looked wonderful again! And they dried so much faster than with the steam cleaning method! Josh Jones was an excellent technician. We will be calling you again when we need our carpets cleaned!
