carpets look new again...and they don't have that crusty feeling after they dried. The technician was so nice and friendly. He did the job quickly and moved a piece of furniture out of the way for me.
Your employee ( I forgot his name) was AWSOME!! and your cleaning products really took care of the pet stains. Unlike other companies the stain didnt come back the next day. I recommend you guys to all my friends. The only confusion was There is onther company with a simaliar name, But, I haave your number and I will call you guys again.

The gentlemen that serviced our house was very polite and efficient. Being that the carpets were not maintained by the previous owners, the end result was great.
We have moved into a rental, and you never know what yourfeet will be touching. Josh Jones was amazing, and new what he was talking about. i feel I had made a great investment into what my family will be walking on. i now need to have Josh come back out to do dining chairs and a few spots the movers left behind
Carpet is like brand new, not stiff. Service technician Brett Webster was very courteous and effeicient. Would happily do business with this firm again.
The fact that you have specialized method that does not use detergents to clean. Your representative Brett Webster was very good in all aspects of his service and we will call him back again.
They are natural and Eco friendly. The tile especially came really clean and we were only planning to have the carpets cleaned!

I'm very unhappy with my stairs, I asked twice, if he cannot clean also the outside of each step beyound the railing and inbetween. I don't like the look right now at all, since the inside of all steps is cleaned properly but not the outside or inbetween the wood posts.I think 5 dollars per stair would include the whole stair and not only the inside - I still hope you will finish the stairs completly.

I love how clean and fresh smelling the carpet is and the tile is after Zerorez has cleaned it! I love that there are no chemicals and that it's safe for kids and pets. I will ONLY use Zerorez from now on!!

Have your call center get the right information to begin with so when they get here it isn't a shock when they want more money. They did a good job cleaning. Pleased with that service

I was impressed with how fast the cleaning was done and that the big stains I thought would always be there are gone!!!
Didn't honor scheduled time, when I booked the appointment I told the girl I needed 1st appointment of the day, 8:00a was assured I would be. Your man showed up 3.5 hours late and told me that in fact I had been scheduled for his 2nd stop of the day. When your people called to confirm on the Friday before once again was assured was the 1st appointment of the day. I would recommend anyone who cannot honor their committment. To add insult-to-injury was charged an additional $50 dollars to clean 2 area rugs, both which are already showing original areas of dirt. Andre the gentleman who did the work was diligent for the most part performing his work. Spoke highly of the process and the company, sorry you didn't live upto his accolades.
