We are very satisfied with your work and will refer friends and others to your company.
Compared to other cleaners Zerorez is expensive, so I expected better results. The technician had to come back the very next day to redo my bedroom. When they got to my house the senior technician felt my dining room rugs were too wet from the original job done 24 hour prior. He warned that it could cause mildew. He recommended that while he was in my home that they sop up some of the water by redoing my rug. We didn't want that as we were expecting company for dinner.(the table was set)He said it wouldn't be a problem....but it was a problem because my guests had to step on the wet carpet.....Guess what??? stains plus the original stains reappeared. The technicians were courteous. But my dining room rug doesn't look any better. I think Zerorez should redo them, but I didn't want to complain again.

There was an issue with the first cleaning - much dort was left . The corrective visit resilted in the clean carpets we have come to ecpoect from ZEROREZ.

The cleaning product/equipment does an outstanding job. Rug looks new. Rug dries within 8-12 hours which I love!

Great service..... very happy HOWEVER I was given a cost of $73.00 on the phone for my stairs ONLY. When tech got here it went up to $99.00. Other than that happy with the job.
You clearly have trained, informative professionals working for you. Our tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
Zerorez can improve by working on their communication a bit better. Example, when saying you will come in on a Thursday and don't show up till Saturday without a notice is unacceptable.

We were very pleased wtih the service that our technician Josh gave. He was able to prove to us that the carpet we had purchased was not nylon like we were lead to believe and that we had paid for. He was very knowledgeable about the cleaning methods and gave us great ideas on what to due to help keep our carpets cleanier longer and keep them from wearing so quickly.
The process was very quick and the gentleman who performed the service was very informative and efficient.
No smell fast drying and super clean carpets
I got my carpet and tiled cleaned. The carpet is great, but I am not happy with the tile at all. I payed a lot to get it cleaned and when my mom came over right after it was cleaned she could not even tell. There is a big sticky part and the corners look like they were not even touched. I would like them cleaned again.
