Best carpet cleaning ever!
IT took 3 visits which concerns me. Ellis didn't come prepared with the right tools to get the dirt up the first time. This is at his own admission.
On the third and final visit. Roy got it right thank you Roy for going above and beyond to fix the problem. Roy even power washed our driveway after Ellis left heavy tire prints on our driveway. Still not sure why he drove up and left the truck there.
Anyway I would use Zerorez again but I would pay better attention and make sure that details like parking in my driveway and a scrub brush be used during their visit. Thank you Tori for your prompt resolve in this matter!
Leaves carpets clean and fresh -- not saturated
Fast and friendly, very knowledgeable about the product snd service.
Our last cleaning seemed more thorough. He took longer and the carpets looked cleaner after they dried. This go round there were sticky spots that came up with a damp rag and or vacuuming that we didn't discover till we had moved all the furniture back in.
Traffic areas not cleaned. Even housekeepers asked where we got the carpets cleaned, because they were not satisfied.
Also - The carpets did not not smell clean either. I get that you have this "process", but at least give an options to make the carpet smell clean. I really don't think I would recommend your service to anyone, especially after all the hype of (again) the "process".
I think that a rental from the local supermarket could have done an equal if not a better job.

I have had your company clean my carpets several times now. The last time we paid for the protection (that was not cheap) and I don't feel it was worth it. It's only been approximately 2 weeks and my carpet is already showing dirt.

Have your workers print out the receipt on the spot. My pest spray service does this.
Have a Senior Discount for those of us retired on fixed income. Did like the serviceman, Andre, did a good job. IF I could get at least a 10% discount, I'd probably do it more often that every 7 years!
Our Tech, Andrew, was friendly and professional. I had 3 high traffic rooms, landing and stairs steamed and brushed and now it looks like I have new carpet! Because I have children and grandchildren along with myself who suffer from Asthma and Allergies and I am a pet owner, I really liked the idea of removing all residue from the carpet. The house actually smells new again! I will be calling you back for annual updates!
Non-chemical cleaning process. Cleaning completed in a timely manner and worked around cleaning service finishing up in other part of the home. Pleasant experience.

Fast, efficient, and clean.
We have used Stanley Steemer and Chem-Dry carpet cleaners before. Did not like the results. That is why we changed to ZEROREZ. Very effective cleaning of my carpet, even when Stanley Steemer could not remove spots, ZEROREZ removed them. The carpet is brighter and softer. There is no dried soap making the carpet stiff feeling. No possibly harmful chemicals left on the carpet that could harm our pet. The willingness of the Service Techs to do what they could to make us happy. When asked to clean a spot a second time they did so without hesitation. The carpet was completely dried in a couple of hours instead of a day, like other carpet cleaners. The price was a great deal, considering the outstanding job that the ZEROREZ Service Techs did. A special "Thank You and Great Job Done" to Jan (Service Tech) who has cleaned our carpets once before in a North Las Vegas Home Rental. Now that we own our own home, ZEROREZ is the only carpet cleaners we will allow in our home.
