I love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals for my children and pets!!! You came in, did the job, and were gone. I was disappointed you didn't have paper slips for the floor so I didn't have to wear "clean white socks" as was suggested by the technician.
The carpeting always comes very clean and I like the fact that there is no residue left behind.

I have had Zerorez clean the carpets several times. This is the first time at this house, and I'm not as pleased as I have been in the past. The carpets were wetter than they have ever been - that's one of the things I love about you is that the carpets are usually almost dry when you leave, but this time it took over 24 hours. And now I'm noticing that several of the stains are coming back - never had that happen either. Get back to where you started, and do a GREAT job every time.

What I like about your products and services is the professionalism of the staff when making the reservation. I also like the professionalism of the technician Tony. He explained everything to me from the time he entered my home until the time he left. The carpet looked better after the cleaning but it was just okay overall. The stains came back after the carpet dried and it also did not have a fresh smell.

The 100 % satisfaction guarantee. After the initial cleaning we noticed streaks in the carpet. A call was made to Zerorez and a follow-up appointment was scheduled. The tech rinsed the carpet and the results were satisfactory.
I was a bit disappointed that some areas were missed. Maybe doing a walkthrough with the client at the end of the service to verify that everything was addressed. I was happy that the technician was able to return the same day and complete the cleaning.
First, your employer Andrew was phenomenal. (professional and very courteous). Second, the final result was great. My landlords were very pleased and thought the carpets looked wonderful.

I had a very small area to clean and it is not very clean looking, last time I had it done it looked like new.
Your customer service was great from Jodi at the office scheduling the appointment and then Tony on site working very hard and explained everything he was doing throughout the afternoon. Great job.
