Cleaned up very nice. No residue,its been a week and no stains.
Your service people are very nice and do an excellent job. I have had my carpets cleaned and the airducts cleaned and were very impressed with the work. The only complaint I have is that they show up so late for the appointments. ie my appointment was for between 1-4 and they arrived at 5:30. This happened both times I have had service.
No chemicals, and technician knows his products and services. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of our carpets and the service received from Zerorez.

Because I have used your service four times this year and have a neighbor who offers discount coupons to use...my question is how do I get a fixed low rate for the service that you provide as a regular yearly customer. Either send me your coupon or fix my rate which I was told would happen last time your trainer did my rugs.
When I call to make an appointment, I ask for this but I get nowhere with the person on the phone.
Let me know how this should be handled in the future...will I have a permanent fixed price on my records or will I be receiving discount coupons?????Please let me know!
Quality product, quality service.
I know there are factors involved like the type of carpet & the wear & tear but the areas with the most problems still have the same dark area. The only areas that look good are the ones that have no foot traffic. Your customer service is great but I don't see the difference with Zerorez & any other cleaning company. Anthony was super nice & did explain the problems with the carpet. I guess from all the positive comments I heard on the radio I was expecting more.
Employee seemed to care about getting my carpet clean and very thorough in explaining what would be done.
The carpets look so much nicer and they ate not crunchy. The technician I believe his name was Anthony was very informative and nice. He really seemed well informed about your products and holds your company in high regard. It was nice to heat someone that enjoys what they do and.

I like the fact that the products you use are pet friendly,it smells wonderful, the carpect stays cleaner "much" longer than any other service I have used and your staff is very professional and helpful. We had Tony Lambright this time and he was so very informative and did a great job. I will be requesting him again for my carpets and my daughters as well. Keep up the great work!!

your techs are professional, clean and neat. I'm very happy with the way my carpets turn out. plus each time I've scheduled an appointment the techs that are dispatched are the same people that have been to my home before. so that tells me that Zerorez takes care of their employees which says a lot to me.

I called reporting needing a few touch ups. I need to see them again this Friday if possible!!!!
The service man did not put on booties when he walked through my house. When I asked him why he didn't, he said that he would only put them on after he cleaned the rugs if he had to walk on them, and, after all, he was dragging the hoses through the house anyway. I didn't think that was a nice reply. Also he was alone, and could not put anything under the furniture to protect it from the water. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that they put protectors under the furniture. Obviously, that was not true. At least the carpets looked clean.
Our technician was friendly and professional
I have used Zerorez 5 times now, this time we were charged for 2 rooms for the living room because of square footage yet when they do the bedroom and bathroom which are much smaller we do not pay for half a room. My feeling is the 3 rooms average out. I was very disappointed when I saw the bill. I am not sure if I will continue to use the service. Name removed Butcher

I like the fresh, clean smell--no chemical smell that lingers. I also appreciated Anthony, the knowledgeable, personable, and professional technician who came to clean the carpet. Anthony explained the process and added some additional information about the product. I plan to call Zero Rez in the future to continue keeping my carpet clean and fresh. Thank you!
