When the person showed up, they quoted a price that was over 500.00, the radio ad stated every room in your home will be pretreated, cleaned and sanitized for 29.00 a room. We were shocked at the price we were quoted and the person made statements that we refused to have the work done, we were expecting to pay about 120.00 some dollars or so, so the quote was way over what we had budgeted.

We didn't appreciate being up sold on the extra pet stain remover. When the guy showed us all the stains with the black light we thought ok $100 to get rid of them is worth. He assured us he'd show us the removal of the stains with the black light after the process. When we asked to see the stains he said, 'we'll it's not going to look different with the black light but you got the treatment so you should be good to go.' We would have never spent $100 additional dollars if we knew that was going to be the outcome.
Before I used your company I used to use a chemical cleaning company. Most of the spots they couldn't get out and my carpet was grey grey grey looking. Zerorez got out all of the spots...and it looked like a new carpet. I am a real fan of your company. My neighbor is going to use you too!
Everything was okay, but O had a room where a urine smell was present. The technician did use a dedoderizer, but it still smells.
I always use you because its always a good job and not overly wet.

I love that there are no harsh cleaners used to clean the carpets. Staff was very friendly & prompt.
The guys were great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I'm in a rental home and whoever cleaned the rugs before I arrived I don't believe did a very good job. Now my rugs not only look great, but they feel so soft when I walk on them. All I can say is they just feel "clean" now. My guest bedroom had a few accidents from my "old" cat (poor thing). I wouldn't let anyone stay in that room. Now the room is fresh and clean! I will definitely have the carpets cleaned by Zerorez when I move out next fall. And I will also be telling all my family and friends about your services! Thank you for such an enjoyable experience. And thank you to Anthony and Kimle (I might have misspelled that sorry) they were fantastic!

Jarod was fantastic and my carpet has never looked better. I was very disappointed in the service until Jarod arrived. I was told I was the first appointment, although the stated arrival time is between 8-10am. Jarod did not arrive until 9:47am. I was 1 1/2 hours later to work than anticipated. When I called the ZeroRez office twice, the girl was rude and dishonest about the situation.

My carpet stinks after you cleaned it. One of your employees came back after I complained about the nasty smell of the carpet and sprayed a diioderizer and the carpet still stinks. I have used other cleaning companies and never experienced this problem

I truly liked our technician. I have a few pieces of feedback. It seemed that there were add ons upon add ons that really drive the price up. I didn't like that. Also, we paid extra (quite a bit extra) for the use of an agitator brush. I don't think that brush was used over the entire carpet like I paid for. It seemed to me that is was quickly used, and areas were skipped or gone over very quickly. When pay that much extra, I expect for it to really be extensively used over every square foot!
