Good quality
One high traffic area in the home was still gray while the others were better (possibly overlooked). Can't get a quote for our business after 3 calls. I give up.
Your company is punctual, courteous, and thorough. We get emails and phone calls reminding us of the appt. We then get satisfaction calls afterwards. The carpets in the office have never been this clean. Amazingly, the spots don't return like they did with other styles of carpet cleaners. Your employee, Roy, is awesome. He explains all and is totally OCD (in the nicest possible way) about getting the carpets clean. We never knew we could just get spot cleaning more frequently. I explained my carpet issues to your representative. The representative explained to me I needed only a topical treatment. There were no indications of soiled or damaged carpet. After this topical cleaning was serviced the house smelt and carpet looked great. By the way the carpet is only 3months old. The areas which I pointed out for detailed cleaning were not properly cleaned. There was a crusty dirt build up left after carpet dried. Crusty from original soiling which is why I called in the first place. I will be contacting your company via phone in the near future as my phone has been damaged and Im waiting for a new one in the mail. Thank you for your time.
Works great, looks good time after time
Technicians always pleasant and on time. My carpet is 11 years old and I have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 children living at home and it always turns out looking like new carpet.
Anthony was knowledgable about the particular carpet I had which is not a typical type. I got an education and clean carpets.

$2/sq.ft. For an area rug is outrageous. Your prices are apparently designed for the wealthy. I could not in good conscious spend $650 to clean rugs. I don't know how you stay in business.
The service man was. Courteous, clean, and efficient. The only problem I had was moving some things back that he had moved. I am 82, in fact almost 83, and handicapped. I really reached my limit in trying to move back the things I had moved to plus the things he had moved. Example -- a piano bench with sheet music in it upside down on my couch. I really would have paid extra to have everything moved back the next day.
not happy with one of my area rugs
Wil was the Tech that came out to do the service. He was very polite,through & careful. He walked the house to see what was needed, asked if there were any area's of concern and went over the charges and gave me the total. He explained the process and that it smells like orange peels. The Service was Great!
We are having another house done by Zerorez on 10/28/14 and I would like to have Wil come out again. Very pleasant young man. Thank you

You advertize fluffy carpet after. My carpets were crunchy. They are still crunchy in some places.

To expense. I think I could have used 1 or 2 5 gallons for the areas.The area that was the worst smells clean but doesn't look clean.
