I Specifically asked for Roy when I made my appointment . I was promised that he would be the technician . On the day of my appointment, I got a phone call from Anthony.
I called the office only to be told that Roy was on a large commercial job. I felt that I should have been called so that I could reschedule. The morning of the job was too late since we had moved a lot of things out of the room!
We began using zerorez in 2006. Tony was this last appointment, and he was very through,and did a marvelous job. We would highly suggest to anyone that this company will do a great job, small or large..
Very impressed with Jan the carpet cleaner called before he arrived, recommended what to do regarding cleaning carpet, very neat went right to work and the carpet looks very nice. Will recommend to family and friends. See you in a year .

Even though I have my own Rug Doctor carpet cleaner I could not have done it faster. I didn't have to labor over a heavy shampooer, hauling water or dumping the dirty. What takes me two hours only took the professional one. No fuss no muss.
I can't believe how clean my carpet it! My stairs especially look amazing. Like new carpet. Tony did a great job and was very professional.

I found the office staff to be very confused. They were not on the same page. I was quoted acharge of $111.00. When the tech. arrived he said that the charges are $130 plus. The office and the tech. were having a long talk regarding the problem. I finally said I will arrange for another Company to do the job. I have sent two clients to have you clean their homes, but ater this experience I question if I will do that again.
No residue left and no chemical odor. Cleans carpets well. Carpets are not soKing wet when the technician finishes. Prompt courteous service

although a much better job than chemdry did,there are a few areas that could be gone over again, then i would recommend you guys to everybody. your tech was totaly professional and friendly. no complaints there.
