I found out the hard way the two men I had experience with misrepresented themselves! It's not your fault they were liars and just didn't come out until we had several conversations! I never met either one in person they were both from California! I think you do as good a job as any of the dating services maybe even better! I love the idea of no chemicals and no smell in the carpet afterwards. Also the carpet is soft now. I also mentioned to Ray that I was going to be rearranging the furniture and asked if there was a way to get the nap up where the sofa and chairs have been sitting for 9 years. He said we could try the BrushPro and it would look a lot better using that than just using the steamer. It looks beautiful. You can't tell where the furniture was at all!
I honestly feel like I was completely ripped off. I was charged $250 to have my wool area rug cleaned. The main reason I had it cleaned was because of the smell - which the technician (Juan) said happens with wool rugs. It smelled better for 2 days, and now smells just like it did before it was "cleaned". I felt that Juan was very polite and respectful, but I am extremely disappointed with the results and the amount I paid. I will not recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Have used zerorez 3 times. The quality of work on 2 of the services was excellent. The person who preformed the service was extremely professional. This last service was definately excellent.
Excellent quick service. Great way to clean carpets and technician was honest neat and on time.
Give customers a break on the price when they only have 2. Tech was clean wore booties used corner guards and did a nice job. Gas fee rip off. That's why a 7.
Very friendly and though job well done. I would like to have addition carpet cleaning performed soon. I only had a few high traffic areas done at time of service but now see some other areas to be serviced. I will call to make an appointment.

Our carpet came out like new
I love that it was chemical free and the technicians were very nice! My carpets looked great after they left, but as the dried and over time all of the stains came back. So they are all still there.
Pay more attention to areas of concern. Our carpet was pretty bad in one room, and it did not get any better after your team came. The other rooms were great.

I like the fact that you don't leave the carpet wet. Your service representative was very nice. I did not like the fact that you had an automated recording call me and give a different time than I had agreed to. The recording didn't even identify who it was??? I think it may be broken.
