After hearing about how good you all are, I think the carpet cleaning was just avergae. There are a few areas that still have some minor stains in it.

The process was easy. I was very pleased with the staff the service and the product. It is now 24 hours since Brandon our tech cleaned our carpets and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The servi was oodles, will was polte and asked pertinate questions about the age of he carpets,etc. my only question is why you have a private tel. no.?
The service man called twice to say he was on his way but I do not answer calls that say private number on my ID

My two sons recommended Zerorez and I am very happy with the result. The workers were Andrew 1 and Andrew 2, very professional, and answered all my questions. Definitely use Zerorez again.

Carpet cleaning made my carpets like new
The price was a little high, especially for the small size of my stairs. It was the price yo charged for doing the stairs that was so high.

How to make it right?--Give me a refund. Out of curiosity, the day after my carpet was cleaned, I re-cleaned a section of my carpet. The water pulled out of the newly "cleaned" carpet was dirty dirty dirty ! ! ! and full of soapy suds looking residue ??? NOTE: The zerorez cleaning on my carpet was the --First Time-- ever that my carpet was cleaned. If you are "zero rez" why full of residue? I did not receive what you advertise 0-residue..
Very displeased. Please refund my money so I can get a real carpet clean done on my carpet.

This was my first time having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. I always cleaned my carpets myself because I was afraid of chemicals. Our daughter had her carpets cleaned by Zerorex and I was amazed how well it turned out without harsh chemicals. It made me a believer and I made an appointment. Jonathan arrived explained the process and I was blown away with the results.The carpets that are 20 years old looked like brand new again. Great experience.great product.
