We were again extremely satisfied with the quality of the carpet cleaning. Zerorez made the process so easy, from the sense of urgency with scheduling,the on time arrival of the technician, and the friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor from the entire staff.

Carpets feel clean and fresh.
In my case my appointment time was from 10:30= 12:30 and My technician didn't get to my house till about 12:45... While I did get a phone call at 11:00 warning me he was running late... I would of appreciated even a second one that would of given me one more update.
