Once again great service without any hazzles. I thought my grout cleaning the first time was completly done. Requested a reclean through Torri who was great. Service tech returned recleaned and we determined the grout was getting old and probably would not come clean. So, the first cleaning was done properly, but i do appriciate the customer service. Thats why i have been a long term customer with the Las Vegas Zerorez branch. Thanks to Torri and Johnny for great service.

Communicate if technician is going to arrive past 7pm!!!! Answer the phone when client calls to see if tech is still coming!!!!

My carpet was cleaned throughly without the use of harsh chemicals. When dry, the carpet fibers were soft to walk on, and no chemical smell. Brandon did a fantastic job!

Zerorez is the best! I have been a long time customer and will continue to be. THIS time i called at 4:50pm on Thursday, was able to get scheduled for the very next day. You guys were on time and actually were able to do more than requested in my original request. Your people are professional, very competent and you have the best prices in town and the best cleaning service. No chemicals.. Just very clean carpet. Thank you. It is nice to be able to rely on a wonderful company! Never disappointed... Ever, in 10 years.
