I asked for 3 rooms to be cleaned and you only cleaned 2 but still charged me for 3. You owe me refund. First name removed
I love how my carpet feels, smells and looks exactly the way it did when I bought it.
Carpet and rugs look good. I was surprised to see a small truck, use to seeing the big trucks with high heat boiler. Was the small truck that cleand my carpets using steam??
I am very disappointed in the cleaning of my high traffic area. There was only one out of the 4 rooms that were cleaned that required special attention. The master bedroom. It has only been 9 days since the carpets were cleaned and the high traffic area looks the same as it did prior to cleaning.
Flash! It gets stuff off the carpet that wouldn't ordinarily come out. I also like Anthony because he's pleasant and easy to work with.

Eco friendly and Ray is an excellent service representative that is very knowledgeable about your product and he did a great job making the carpets look new again.
First of all I have used your co four times. This tech measured every room-which was fine however what was not is that he charged me for two rooms when the area was 10 feet and then another 40 feet over. It would have been more equitable if he measured the entire house and then divided by 200. He was rude and there are streaks in rows throughout. I was quoted $211.00 and it cost $391.00 less 10%. He said to me if I didn't like the price her will pack up and leave right now then he argued with me about me declining the pet treatment. The variance in prices each time - makes me wonder. To make it right you can give me a credit of $100.00 and fix the steaks plus a big stain appeared that was not there before. I wanted him to finish and then leave.

I was satisfied at the time of service and the people who came to clean were very nice but I was disappointed in the pet spray feature we added to every room as it did not remove the smell out of the carpets and in some cases did not remove the stain
That they are chemical free & are much safer to use in your home.
the product was citrus based and cleaned wonderful and smelled great andrew explained the whole process to us ,way's to help keep the carpet clean and when we should have it cleaned again we will be calling in a couple of weeks to schedule a cleaning of our tile floors we will be a repeat customer we are very happy with the results
