Excellent quality of carpet clean, courteous and professional technician.
There was too much excess water left on my wood and tile floors during the carpet cleaning. Seems like protection should be used under your hoses to prevent this. I told the technician about this, gave him towels to put under the hose and assumed he would be especially careful after I had pointed this out to him. After he left, I saw watermarks in every room on the hard surfaces...from overspray or leakage, or carelessness, but I had to mop every floor linking the carpeted areas. Ii was very disappointed with this aspect of your company. Your technician was pleasant enough, but I would risk damaging my wood floors by using your service again.

You need to alert your phone people about proper price quotes. I was quoted $95.00for three areas. Two rooms and a staircase. The guy who came said steps were $5.00 each. Not what I was told over the phone. He called and they said $5 per step. ridiculous.... I quit Stanley steamer because of the phone quote changed when the employee got here. I suggest you have a worker go to the home and give a quote. Otherwise, you'll have this problem. I, for one will not have a carpet cleaner without a proper and guaranteed quote.

Roy the service technician was polite, knowledgeable and did excellent work. Our carpet needs to be replaced soon but it looks and feels very clean, puppy spots completely removed. We will definitely use your company in the future.

I've had my carpets cleaned in my house with Zerorez for many years when I owned my house which was a large tri level home and I was very pleased with the cleaning and also the price. We moved into an apt. and I had my husbend's lift chair cleaned. I was very happy with the cleaning but I thought the price of $120.00 was a bit high. I was quoted a lower price on the phone. Plus it only took him twenty minutes. I have another chair and couch to clean but the price he quoted me was pretty high. I may have to check out some other places.

VERY pricy... More than double what I've paid in the past! The technician and I saw no difference with just the water so, he had to use the orange peal solution which seemed to work well and smell good.
Ray(I believe that was his name)was great and had a terrific attitude.
The cleaner who came to our home, Anthony, was knowledgeable and very helpful. I feel we learned something about carpet care from him. He did a really good job. And we do like your technique.

The cleaning process is very effective and afterwards, our carpets are just slightly damp as opposed to wet like some other carpet cleaning services have left our carpets. We've used Zerorez three times now and will definitely come back for more. The Technician was neat, clean, on time, and very professional. A very pleasant experience.
Your rep was able to come early. He did a very good job. He did such a thorough job that it took a little longer to dry in the areas that were really, really dirty. And the price is right.

Like how the enzymes, temperature and combination of the PH do a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet and upholstery. Ray was very through on getting out the spots in the carpet, very courteous, hard worker, and was very careful in moving the furniture and placing it back. Like how Zeroez has a web site that's available to make appointment and office to confirming your selection. Very professional and reliable company.
