It's only been a couple of days but my carpet has not diappeared so that's good. The gentleman that was here was affable and he did a good job so far. There are some minor issues like using my water which is expensive, In other words the earlier the service the better according to your rep he ran out of water because I was a late customer. But even though I got burned once I'd use you guys again. The rep can only work with what he's got.
I thought our carpet was stained for life. After bringing out Andres, he made parts of my carpet almost look new. He spent extra time and effort to make sure we got the best results. This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez, and certainly won't be the last. He did a wonderful job.
We had been a bit disappointed in the last 2 cleanings, but our recent service was EXCELLENT!

Your serviceman was hard-working and professional. You could improve on your quote system. I requested an appointment through an email advertisement and was given a quote over the phone based on our previous service a year earlier. When the serviceman arrived, he said the price we were quoted was too low based on our square footage. In the end, the company honored the quote, but then told us it would be extra to have our grout sealed. (Sealing the grout was part of the original quote.) We paid the extra amount, but had we known that the total price was going to be $300 more than our original quote, we would have shopped around before making the decision to use Zeororez again.

We have had other carpet cleaners over the years and NONE have begun to come up to
your standards. I appreciated the young man and his consideration (Johnny, I think)
and he left everything in perfect order. I have requested a brochure on your
company which you are sending. My husband, particularly, is interested in just how
you clean the carpets, using low rez etc.etc.
Johnny the service tech was prifessional and very good. He explained everything and was timely. He did the cleaning quickly but took his time to do a great job.

The carpet was left very wet. It took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry.
Although your prices are much higher than other carpet cleaners, I've used this company for years (lived in Denver before and used them there) because my carpets looked great and got cleaner.
I LOVE the service and cleaning process Edward provided. I was VERY disppointed at the end when he had offered as promised he'd use a proctectant on my carpet and then found out he had none on his rig. Also, I was to receive a free spotter kit and he did not have those on the rig either. He said I would be mailed one. A very large greasy-looking or oily spot was left on my front porch from whatever spotter he used to pre-treat my carpet. It is not water soluable as it is not drying up. I also reomend Zerorez to all my friends here and will continue to do so as I am thrilled with the qualiy of the cleaning for sure.
Service people very helpful and friendly--do a great job. Carpet collects dirt between cleanings.
We have been charged for one room more than we were originally told by the tech that did the work & despite my attempts to speak with someone that can actually help me with this (2 e-mails & a phone call) no one has bothered to contact me & it's been nearly 2 weeks now. I am seriously disappointed with the lack of customer service being shown to a once loyal customer.
You did not disappoint me, service was nice, tech was polite and even arrived earlier than scheduled. People that I spoken with was turned off by the price (gas & price per stair charge) I just told them I was recommended by my Landlord, who had use you before (satisfied) and I didn't want any problems to arises if I had used another company.
The serviceman was very polite. I do not know much about the products, but my carpets look very good. :-)
