jonethen try to do a good job. I tried to call the office yesterday but your phone was busy for a long time so I gave up after the carpet dries there was lots of spots that showed up... missed ( NOT DOG PEE SPOT ) JUST MISSES SPOTS I DONT KNOW .....................First name removed

The grout is clean in some places and still nasty looking in traffic areas. My wife stopped payment on the check and wants yawl to look at the floor. We think it should look better.

Johnny, your representative was very attentive, engaging, and friendly. He spoke very highly of your company. We explained how we've been fans of Zerorez for years and he jumped right into the conversation mentioning that they are a very reputable company and that he is very happy to be employed by them. He did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets and two recliners. I pointed out a few stained areas and he made a point of spotting those trouble areas which came out looking like new.

I had initially completed the online form for Zerorez to contact me for an appointment. After not hearing from anyone for 2 days I then called to schedule the appointment.
Never received the call 24 hours prior to my appointment. My appointment block was between 1pm-4pm. At 4:05pm I called their office to receive a recording that the office is closed. At 4:20pm I tried again and was told the driver is on his way and will be calling shortly. The driver arrived 10 minutes later only to find that he had the wrong phone number.
After declining all of the upsells the crew was done quickly. It showed as my wife was picking pieces of stuff out of the carpet when they left.
No chemicals, timely service, and Jerrod was very nice.
