the man was very nice & friendly and most of all the job was done very well.
I was given a three hour window for my appointment. Unfortunately, my technician showed after that three hour time block. He was courteous and apologetic, but seemed rushed.
it was necessary to have you back 2nd time really inconvenient I knew the day of 1st treatment there was a problem I was told it would be alright ,of course it was not
The carpet comes clean like new and we don't have to worry about our four cats walking on the carpet right afterwards.

Your representative, Brandan, was very prompt. In reviewing each room he showed me anticipated problems I had an idea of but was not aware how bad the urine actually was in my new house. He was very honest, detailed and determined to make sure we were able to complete the job that same day. After having made many telephone calls, he told me he had to return to the shop to pick up some products along with bringing with him one of the bosses to help in getting the work completed. He kept me informed on all details and was determined no matter how long it took, he would "make the completion of the job be that day". I was so impressed by the company's determination to get me job done especially Brandan as most younger workers in his age bracket would have probably said to me that they could not do the job. My house is mostly wood floor which I had informed the person who made my appointment; but Brandan was not told this. His determination and faithfulness to get everything done impressed me so much. I am so glad I went with them and my house looks fantastic. Even my home designer and realtor were impressed. Thank you, Brandan.
Our serviceman was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a great job on our rugs.
Juan was very professional. Also, he paid attention to detail. If I asked him to go over an area again, he did it with no problem.
The job was done well. The only problem was to drying time, because of the weather it took a good day to dry and in some area I gave it 48 hours to dry.

professional staff and no residue
Carpet after drying was left feeling crusty. It was not raked so it dried in clumps. Does not feel soft at all and we have mid grade carpet that is only 3 years old. I was expecting no residue. Carpet has never been cleaned before so I have no idea why it does not feel clean. A lot of money spent and it was left soaking wet. Took 24 hours for some areas to dry.

Liked the fact that the service was scheduled promptly and the tech even was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. Carpet looks great, but will have to withhold final judgement. With other previous companies the carpet looked great for a few weeks after the cleaning but then high traffic areas and stains start to reappear. I want to see what happens this time.
I like how ionized water cleans without leaving a residue
Instructions to Tech from office indicated a ZIP code of 89149 rather than 89130. This caused the Tech to arrive only 15 minutes before the expiration of the appointment window.
The office did not provide notes from the original estimate prepared by Jared Phipps. The servicing Tech arrived both late and ill-informed and unprepared.
Carpet cleaning was not completely satisfactory. Some areas are still showing streaks of dirt while other areas appear very clean. We know that the carpet was very dirty but did not expect the remaining streaks. The tech was very polite and personable and tried to please us with his cleaning efforts.
