The guys showed up after 7pm. We did not get the half hour heads up call as promised. My wife made several phone calls about their failure to arrive as promised and we got no return call.

Having said that, the guys did do a good job of cleaning the carpet, and I would probably use your company again.

The cleaning was very thorough and the tech was very helpful and explained the process.

I like that the carpets not only come out clean but they dry fast and they're not all hard and crunchy like other companies that I have used in the past with all the chemicals they use. Your Empowered Water system is the best and I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends!

Works great

Some places around the house were left hard and crunchy after the cleaning. There was nothing spilled there and there were no stains prior to the cleaning but after the cleaning it was hard and crunchy in a few spots. Not really satisfied. It would be nice to have is re-cleaned for free.

My Mom was at the house for me when the carpets were cleaned. She took the time to call me once the technician, Ray, left to tell me how personable he was and that the carpets looked fantastic. He removed most of an ink stain that others wouldn't even touch. Mom told me that I would be receiving a survey and I needed to score all 10's. She also let me know I needed to request him next time -- and I 100% agree!

Had a problem. Manager came to my home and problem was solved. That's good service . They were concerned to make me happy and that they did .

Truthful, helpful, quick, made sure i was completely satisfied before he left. left booties for my kids shoes.

Young man that came to clean carpets was very friendly and very pleasant. Carpets look great, spots that I thought were permanent, are gone! Very impressed. Great job.

Only problem is I am a 73 year old Senior, and, moving all the furniture for a thorough job was just too much for me. Could not believe moving small end table was not done, nor, night stands in bedrooms. Otherwise, great job, thanks

I wanted my tile and carpet done I had it done last time i was sent a discounted offer and my dementions of square footage were on file from the previous job I was given the price it would be and I had a friend be at my house because I could not be there and I left him cash for the payment upon arrival of the tech the job was $100 more and I had to cancel the tile cleaning which is what i really needed done,I am not going through that again.

Some surface stains were visible again once the carpet dried. The quote to eliminate an odor in my home was nearly $300 for only 30 square feet of carpet, $10 per square foot.

The carpet on the 1st floor of 8965 was cleaned this past weekend. On Monday I contacted Brad McKee to have him come out to the property to view areas that were not cleaned, no response until Tuesday. Brad said he would be out Tuesday afternoon. Here is it Wednesday 4/1/15 and I have not seen Brad. Also I had to contact him last week a few times to remind him to come and pick up the building access card. Brad is not responsive at all.

I was very pleased with the result from carpet cleaning, especially since the carpets were quite dirty and over 20 years old. I am planning to replace both carpets soon but decided to have them cleaned to buy a little time so that I wouldn't have to rush making choices.

Stains do not come back up when the carpet dries. The service man was very polite and efficient.

The tech who cleaned out our air ducts was supposed to call us back regarding a question I had and still haven't even after two phone calls to the Zerorez office. Very susprised I pay $1200 for a service and this is the kind of service I receive. Now not only am I upset about not getting a call back I regret paying this amount of money for a service that I come to find out all other companies charge way less!! Not only do I never want to use your company for service it makes me want to let everyone know how you treat customer service and charge high prices!

A customer needs to know the full price up front and not be surprised by add-ons.

The first time my carpets were cleaned the technician rushed through due to a busy and late schedule and only spent an hour at my house. He indicated they were short two technicians that Saturday. When I asked him to go over a couple problem areas again (which we usually have to do) he said it wasn't necessary. Our area rug, some stairs, and part of our master bedroom were not clean. Some of the tile grout in the master bath did not clean well either. I had to call and reschedule to have these areas cleaned again.
The second technician repeatedly lectured me about carpet fiber, wear etc. and insisted that our bathroom grout had been re-done which it has not! With my insistance he cleaned these areas again and needless to say the carpet looked much better and WAS CLEANER!
This is the first time I have not had excellent service from Zerorez and was disappointed.
