I agreed to a price and was sent a quote, on line but after the carpet cleaner finished the areas I agreed to have cleaned, he quoted me a higher price, different from what I had already discussed with a salesperson on the phone. You have a good product and it will sell itself but if your mode of operation is quoting one price on line and quoting another higher price when you get to the location when less work is done, I don't know how successful you will be. It is not necessary to switch the prices with a potential long term customer. Based upon the way this transaction was handled, I probably won't use Zerorez again.

Late arrival was both inconvenient and precluded thorough inspection of the final service quality. Juan was very cordial and personable. Quality of the job and management promise of compensation due to the late arrival were impossible to evaluate due to the late arrival and unlisted price impacts thereof. We were promised an adjusted cost due to the late arrival (originally scheduled for 2-5, then changed by phone call to 1-4, actual arrival almost 6pm.).
We chose to add pet spot treatments after black light hi-lighting of the contaminated areas. We should have asked for confirmation of successful treatment after cleaning was done, but at the late completion hour we had had enough.
We may recommend ZEROREZ to our friends, but will caution them based on our experience.

Clean, respectful, courteous,professional, and honest gentleman [Jan Wallace]. The time was minimal and I am grateful for his knowledge. Thank you very much for allowing me to have him for my cleaning, as he was recommended to me by my neighbor.
Tech was professional and fast
The carpet was very dirty from the previous renters. The looks like new carpet and all stains were removed from the carpet. I love that the system hearts the waster to over 200 degrees to lift out the stains and kill the bacteria. I will use this company again for any carpet cleaning.
Andrew did an amazing clean job. Our floors look the best they have ever looked. Andrew was friendly but professional and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend him to everyone that needs to have a service like Zerorez.

Johnny was incredible. Very nice, very helpful and didn't waste time getting straight to it. Very pleased with our carpets, especially the areas we were sure couldn't come clean! We asked for his cards to hand out and would definitely use Zerorez again.

Very friendly..Explains the whole process between them and the other guys.. Really got stains out of carpet that I thought was there forever...You can't beat the price $330 for 5 rooms, 2 hallways, 15 stairs, and a partridge in a pear tree.,LOL

I like that the water is a high ph level making it the soap. That way there is no residual soap left in the carpet. Also the gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very courteous and professional. The first time I had Zerorez clean my carpets, I was amazed at how easily there were cleaned. This time tho my carpets didn't respond the same way. A little bit disappointed.

I paid for three areas of pet treatment and after the carpet was dry I can still smell the areas affected
