You sent two people to my home to clean the carpet and I really liked them both. I was given a window of 10 am until 1 pm for the cleaning and they arrived at 10:15 am with a phone call 20 minutes before arrival. All of the stains were removed and nothing got broken. Everything that I asked for was done and I knew what the price would be in advance. I received a confirmation call the day before. The cleaning went well.

Your staff is courteous and your customer service is excellent, and I really appreciate that you are willing to come back and re-do the work if customers are not completely satisfied. I see the benefits of your products, and I have recommended your service to my friends who are concerned with using products that are safe and environmentally friendly. But, to be honest, I have gotten better results in the past with other carpet cleaners who use traditional cleaning products.

I am being billed an extra $100 for tough stains but yet there was still stuff around the edges that a regular vacuum should have picked up. The carpet when I entered my house did not look like a professional and the floors throughout the rest of my house were dirty. In the pictures on the ad that I had showed a technician with covers on his shoes but didn't look like my technician used any.
I would not recommend the basic pet treatment as it did nothing. We just couldn't afford the flash treatment. I think our guy forgot to use the deoderizer this time.
All of our pet stains came back!

I was very pleased with the service in cleaning the carpet in my rental unit. The carpet is a light brown color, which had gotten very dirty over time. They were able to remove the dirt to restore the carpet to the state it was in when I moved into the unit. I was also very appreciative of the patience of Andrew, the technician who came out to clean the carpet. Since I was traveling out of town, I left instructions with the apartment management staff to grant access to the unit, but they dropped the ball and caused Andrew to have to wait almost 30 minutes while they attempted to contact me to request access after he arrived. Once inside, Andrew quickly sent me an estimate. After completing the work, he texted me a picture of the living room, which had been the dirtiest. I was happy to be able to see what a great job he did right away. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others and would use their services again in the future. Thank you!
Over all professionalism of your services and techs
We have old carpet that feels soft and clean again. Not using harsh chemicals is a real plus.

I felt Ray (?) was professional and I did like that the carpet felt fresh upon drying and not sticky from left on chemicals. I will say that it did take a long time to dry approx. 6-8 hours.
