prompt and quality cleaning
Ray saved my new tile floors in my kitchen and two bathrooms. Rebath had nearly destroyed the tile and grout but Ray saved the day. He cleaned and color sealed the grout and my new floor looks almost like a new floor now. Thanks Ray, you saved the day, and ReBaths' butt!
I usually schedule last minute and can usually get it done fairly quickly, so thank you for that! I like that there is no residue and the power of the suction, i fee like it gets it really clean! I don't like that a lot of the reps don't rake the carpet after they are done... i think it makes it look so much better than seeing all the vacuum lines in it. And i asked for a specific person to be sent and a different one showed up without me knowing. Maybe i'm biased but i don't think he did as good a job as my normal guy... there were some stains left that have always come up before. I get my carpets cleaned like every 3/4 months so i have a pretty good idea of the permanent stains. Other than those few things, i will always recommend ZEROREZ!

It doesn't appear that I was given the discounts for the VIP email which included $20 off plus $50 off for pet stains. I was not told that the pet stain/ordor I rec'eved was not guaranteed or that there was a choice/difference. I wanted what I had last time, because I had no ordors...but this time I have a bad urine ordor upstairs. What will it cost me to have him come back out to get the ordor out?

Pick up and delivery times were right on! Rugs were cleaned and delivery an very helpful getting the rugs very patiently placed the rugs back in position on the floor, lined up with hardwood lines. Very happy with service.
be much more up front about the pricing of the cleaning of the rooms and the stain resistant spray. this time i never saw any price quote until it was emailed to me after i paid. i found it unusual that the stain resistant spray cost as much as the cleaning. the spray took less than 10 minutes to do so unless the chemical is extremely expensive, the labor involved does not warrant a price of $29-30 per room.

Amazing service by Ray. He was very thorough with his explanation of type of service we needed. We have two little dogs and they had urinated everywhere. Ray did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets and it feels like a new home. Very pleased with Zerorez and Ray. Tori who answered my phone call was also very helpful and very friendly. A company that offers green cleaning that works. Hot steamy water and special treatments for problem areas. The young man, Brandon was extremely polite and knowledgable about the different areas of cleaning, ie, rugs carpet, wood and etc. The price was clear before we began and no hidden fees after the job was done. If my oriental rugs are returned after cleaning as well as my carpet was done I will be very satisfied
