First my technician was 2 hours late. Neither the dispatcher nor the technician said sorry until I pointed out that no one had apologized, sorry goes a long way with me. In the hold time the recording spoke of making ravin fans... I am in retail and I have read raving fans and at no point was I calling your taxi. I asked Sydney, to call me back and left several messages, he did not. I wanted a faster solution and he offered to re schedule me after I had taken my dressers and beds out of my rooms. I outright asked for a discount for my dissatisfaction. Sydney said he could waive the $8 fuel surcharge. I accepted his gesture but had to tell my technician myself about the discount. The carpets look good though. A little more communication about the eta would help. Ray was not so nice. Juan was friendly and great... He should be in charge.
Your product makes my carpets come out cleaner looking than the chem-dry company I have used for years. I have recommended your carpet cleaning company to a few friends already. Your service technicians are friendly and do a good job cleaning my carpet.

My carpet looked great in a short amount of time.
My only disappointment was not getting Andrew to do my work since I specifically requested him and I did not have any urgency. Brian offered for me to wAit, but I had already moved all my rooms to be cleaned. He did a good job but it did seem that my carpets were left wetter than when I had Andrew. It took all night for things to dry.
Really appreciated that the product leaves no residue or used harsh chemicals but was tough enough that you were able to completely remove heavy soiled carpet stains...left the apartment smelling great! My contact with all Zerorez representatives, from making the appointment through the completion of the entire process, was exceptional with everyone being kind and professional and they kept me informed and aware of what I could expect.
There was a major disconnect in pricing between the first and second time I called for quotes and a third disconnect when the cleaner came to the house

I liked it didn't take long. I did however found it a little strange that when I paid in cash I wasn't even asked if I wanted my change back? It was only three dollars so I didn't make a fuss about it but just came to me a little odd? If your clients tip however then I feel bad that he thought I gave him a three dollar tip. I'm not sure if you tip him or not?
No chemicals, soap. Carpets dry soft.

The carpet/area rug cleaning was expensive. I appreciate that the couch was cleaned for "free" but the total bill was still nearly $1800. I was told that the area rugs would be taken out and back in 7 to 10 days ago. I was told that I'd be called and given an update at about 3 days. --that didn't happen. I said that I wanted to surprise my wife with having them cleaned and in the house before she returned in 7 days. I was told I'd get a call and let me know the delivery date and that they'd make "every effort" to get them in by Thurs (yesterday). Well, my check cleared and I haven't heard a thing from zerorez... and I still don't have my Persian and camel area rugs back. I'm dissappointed. What could you do to make things right? Get my area rugs returned -- cleaned -- ...now.

The carpet looks wonderful...and fresh. It is very clean without chemical odor. Excellent service man. He was quick and thorough.

Service was quick and thorough. Had area rugs cleaned and they look great. Friendly employees.
Over all a decent transaction, although I specified that we had two staircases, and she asked me the step count on both, she only quoted me one set, so the actual cost would have been another $75. I was unable to have the second staircase cleaned. I was also disappointed that they were unable to brighten our office carpets. For the price, I really expected more. The other company did just as well in that regard and cost a lot less.
Carpets look outstanding and there was no attempt to sell additional services. Dries amazingly fast. Will most definitely be using them again.
We had to move our furniture ourselves. I didn't ask just assumed it would be moved. I was offered a deeper cleaning for more money. It felt like bait and switch. This should have been discussed when the appointment was made. And finally my biggest surprise was when the dirty water was dumped in front of my house.

Jan did a great job, showed up on time. Carpets look like new, after being pre-treated for pet stains. Zerorez has my fitire business.
The carpets really look nice and I will probably call Zero Rez again when I need another rug cleaning but it wasn't 100% clean but that may be due to wear and tear on the carpets. I was pleased and would recommend you to others.
