Jarod was fantastic and my carpet has never looked better. I was very disappointed in the service until Jarod arrived. I was told I was the first appointment, although the stated arrival time is between 8-10am. Jarod did not arrive until 9:47am. I was 1 1/2 hours later to work than anticipated. When I called the ZeroRez office twice, the girl was rude and dishonest about the situation.

My carpet stinks after you cleaned it. One of your employees came back after I complained about the nasty smell of the carpet and sprayed a diioderizer and the carpet still stinks. I have used other cleaning companies and never experienced this problem

Better front end people. When I called to schedule an appointment the customer care lady was rude and unfriendly I almost didn't make an appointment. After making an appointment I received the automated message that gave the wrong address I called to confirm that you did have the correct again the lady answering the phone was rude. However, your service tech Johnny went above and beyond and only because of him I would recommend your company.
Make certain all dirt is removed
I could not get a emailed proposal from you, so I gave the job of the rest of the house to another company.

How hard is it to send a proposal?
Not sure why or how the area that required a second visit, was missed so cannot comment on how it can be improved. I personally was not at home when the initial visit took place.
The traffic stains were not removed. Very disappointing. The gentlemen who did the service were very good.
It works! The carpets look amazing, the grout spot they test cleaned to show me how that will look, reminds me every day now that I need to have the grout cleaned but shows me how amazing the floors will look when all done. I cannot say enough good things, just glad I found them and that the proof is on my floors.
