How well they work.

Day after still notice stains in carpet used my bissell hand cleaner, and it took stain out? Carpet was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be after taking closer look.

The carpets in my house have not been cleaned like this previously in the three years we have had the house and with 4 dogs, I was amazed at how clean they came and had minimal drying time. I would absolutely recommend zerorez and I have done just that to my co-workers. I will use them in the future again when needed. Very punctual, actually called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled and set up time was minimal and just right into cleaning after showing me what I didn't really want to see in my carpets and giving me the estimate and settling on the price and done completely within a couple of hours.

The gentleman who scheduled my appointment told me it would be $95 for my one room of carpet, hallway and stairs. The tech came out and told me it would be $180. So, he did my down stairs carpet for $95 - no stairs or hallway.
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and steps we should consider after for upkeep.
Technician was professional, knowledgeable, fast/efficient, courteous and showed up very close to the appointed time.

the products that are used do an excellent job of cleaning and the service is excellent always on time and more often than not they call and come early..
I would of liked to have an idea of what the cost was going to be from the beginning. In this location, the rooms are small and there was a closet and bathroom with carpet as well but I didn't know that it was a standard charge instead of a square footage pricing.
Quality, service
Pet stains were not removed even tho I was charged 35.00 a room. The tech had many excuses for not getting them removed. I asked for a do over and the tech spent maybe 20 minutes total which wasn't even enough time for the pet treatment to take effect according to his story the first time
