Was given an estimate for couch and floor that did not make clear that the estimate for the couch was based on having both the couch and floor done at the same time. When technician was done with couch, it still had a spot on it that I was later easily able to remove with oxyclean.
Was not impressed
The techs, Andrew and Cesar, were thorough in explaining the process and did a great job (both on the carpet and upholstery). Will definitely use again.
A very thorough job was done by Edward. He was very conscientious and polite. He was also knowledgeable about fibers and how to take care of them and explained everything to us in order for us to maintain our carpets and upholstery. I like having the fiber protectant placed after he was done. He did a great job. We are very happy with the job done and will continue to use your company. WOW!!! Is all I can say!! I never realized my carpet was SOOO durty!! The boy's used the brush on it and it look like we have new carpet put down!!! THANK'S GUY'S!!!
The techs are always so professional. I had Ray this time and he was so helpful and did an awesome job. I would recommend him and Zerorez to anyone!

There were still spots on the couch and when it was done being cleaned, there were lines left on it. Also, there was residue left on the floor all around the couch.
