Bate and switch! Price I recieved is not what I requested over the Internet. Check the request from the Internet! Was not for three bedrooms and a stairway yet when confirmation call came that was all that was scheduled! I was okay paying more for pet stains if they had come out completely! Day after and the carpets smell terrible and the stains are still present! Technician, Roy, was super friendly.
Very courteous service personnel. Great cleaning process. Clean tile grout thoroughly. Rugs come out like new.

I know you need to make money, but trying to push "up-sells" is kind of off-putting. Once a customer says "no thank you"--please stop. Nice guy, great service. Loved the orange peel/citrus smell.

Clean & Efficient
My service rep. was very friendly and competent. I have a large dog so the carpets were pretty dirty with stains here and there. The stains came up and the carpets look like new. I will use zerorez again.
