The rep. was here on time. And the job was done in a very timely manner. No soap, or residue afterward. Very informative about the pet stains.

The service when I got my carpet cleaned was great. What I really disliked was that I had planned on no more than maybe $70 to $75, being that the special was 29.99 each room I wanted 2 rooms plus the $8 gas fee. Why then until the man that comes to clean my carpet says there's a 3 room minimum that no one told me about. At the end the $70 dollars turned to $136.00.

My carpet looks great, but the way I was fooled into paying almost double is the reason I would NOT recommend you guys.

The agent or the representative came to the house and quickly gave me a quote and started working. He made sure before he left that my wife and I were satisfied with the job he had done. He had a wonderful attention to detail and made sure he had done a great job. He was constantly checking and making sure he was letting me know how things were turning out. His customer service was outstanding. I will be calling you from know on when ever we would need our carpet or tile cleaned.

Our Zerorez Rep was very friendly. He offered us lots of related suggestions on things that we could do to help stage our house as we prepare to sell via his own recent experience with selling a home. He also took his time going over all of my options, costs, benefit vs nonbenefit, etc. Also, in the process I never felt as though I were being pushed to do more (services) in order for the my total to expand; rather I felt as though the Rep was truly interested in my house / floors looking its best. I was very impressed with this Rep and would request him again when / if services are required again in the future.

I liked the knowledge of the young man who came out to do my carpets and that he was so professional. He really worked hard and although all the smell from my bad dogs didn't go away, I felt he did everything he could to try. I was so impressed with your service that I will only use Zerorez from here on out.

Our service rep called before he arrived and was on time within the given window. He was fast and friendly. Our carpets look and smell good.

You asked! I had 2 techs come to my house. I asked them to tell me out-rightly and honestly whether the carpet could be cleaned well, or not. I was prepared to buy new carpeting. But both assured me, and went ahead with the cleaning. The carpet looks cleaner mostly, but the house still smells. I was completely and totally honest with them about the pet pee.

Then there was the great up-sell. I called based upon "ask Mary", "Dave Ramsey", the KXNT radio special of $29 per room. I have 8 rooms, so I was figuring $240 or so. They told me it was $33. So okay, now it's about $270, that's fine. But with all the upsell extras, I guess we can't really clean your carpet unless you pay more for us to get it clean, the $29/33 special doesn't really get it clean. Bottom line? I paid a whopping $985!!!

Your Tech told me it would cost $20,000 to re-carpet my house., and this was such a better deal. I had RC Willey come out yesterday, and give me an estimate for carpet pad installation and take away, it was just over $5000. This is what I am considering doing AFTER your carpet cleaning! I wish I had bought new carpet. my house smells still.

What can you do to make it right? Return $713--that's the difference between the advertised $272 and the charge of $985. Why did I agree? I was desperate. I hoped it would come out clean, I was tired of the delay--5 days for a call back, then a few more days till the Tech could come out to look, and up-sell me, of course only during business hours, so I had to take 2 hours of vacation time to meet him, then he decided to cancel my carpet cleaning appointment last Saturday cause he "wasn't going to work that day". So I had another tech, who was nice enough. Suggestion: techs don't need to be eyeballing customer's possessions and commenting on them. They should only be looking at the carpet, not my fitness equipment, vehicles, artwork, etc.
