You are fast and efficient. My carpets are always clean but never crusty.
We've used your service four times previously. It's always been great. This time it looks like nothing was even done. Our stairs look worse than before they were cleaned.
I think that in your "specials" you advertise you should make it clear that you will only be doing a rather superficial cleaning; that "deep cleaning" is something else entirely. I can already see my carpets beginning to hold on to dirt…disappointing. Last May my kids had you clean my carpets for a Mom's Day gift, and I was amazed at what a great job was done. It was a surprise for me when I came back from out of town, but I didn't find out until last week that they had ordered a deep cleaning. Next time I'll know what to order, and how much more to expect to pay. Thank you.

Quick, clean and total thoughtfulness
The price went from a quote of $218.00 to $169.00. I was charged for 4 rooms which are completely full of furniture which was not remove so only cleaned carpet around furniture. The I was told I he needed to use BrushPro that machine put black dirt all over my carpet prior to being used. The cleaning job was so so nothing to brag about. Your company came highly recommended. The price was not what I budgeted for and I have never paid $169.00 for cleaning. My home is only a Condo. not a big house. Also the electrical stress i experienced should have been told to me before Tech left so I wouldn't have to call and get all worked up with no electricity in the bathroom.
The service technician R Muniz was very courteous and professional. He explained all actions he will take in cleaning our designated areas. During the walk through he explained how stains will be treated and what types of products would be available and the total price of work prior to beginning. During the cleanup operation he was very professional.
Service was quick. The product seemed to take up a lot of the dirt. Looks much better and smelled great.
