Jonathan who cleaned our carpets was the best!!! I originally called as a friend referred your company and I was going to get a quote. We were trying do decide on whether to include the tile and carpets. Jonathan took the time to work on an area of our tile and talked to us about how the cleaner works. He was sincere and understanding, although we choose to only do carpets, he did not try to pressure us to complete both. He was courteous and displayed a desire that the cleaning meet our satisfaction.

Jored was the gentleman who came out to my home and he was a hard worker plus he went the extra mile to make sure a very bad carpet in the guest bedroom was cleaned! He was excellent and would like to request him when you return to clean my carpets again.

Even though we had a problem with our appt. time being cancelled in error . They cancelled the wrong Johnson but luckily I called the office in time to get someone . I was worried about this as we had worked hard to clear out some furniture etc. The young gentleman was very personable and knowledgeable so all went very well. He told me he had gone to the other Johnson who had cancelled on the day I made my appointment!, We have never had our tile sealed before and so far it looks great . Thank you for getting this problem solved so quickly. You have always done a great job for us! We will recommend you anytime.

Note that the "not likely" rating is NOT because of the service techs–they were great.
A briefly as possible: I had my ducts cleaned and fogged 12-23-14. The techs were professional and determined to do a first-rate job, explaining everything as they went, taking pictures before and after etc. They were here longer than expected due to the dirtiness and difficulty of the duct system. They kept a great attitude the entire time, even to having to go back to the office to get a different machine. I opted for the A+2000 filter that day and pre-paid for it.
Now for the ineffective, non-responsive, non-reliable office staff:
The filter that my receipt claimed "allow 2 weeks for delivery" was delivered 6 weeks later, on 2-2-15. After 2 weeks, at least a dozen calls regarding the status of the filter delivery was met with one excuse after the other about "the techs are in a meeting", "the manager is in a meeting", "so-and-so is out of town". In each instance a callback was promised but NOT ONCE did a call back happen. I ended up calling Zerorez corporate–Stephanie Smith, who asked me to email her the facts which I did. I don't know if that had any impact on the situation as I never heard anything one way or the other. We then tracked down the filter company in Alabama and they said my filter was due to ship 1-23. I have no idea when the order was actually placed. In December? or a month later?
In any event, my complaint is with the office staff. NOT returning calls as promised is NOT good customer service. The fact that it happened at least a dozen times tells me it's not an oversight, it's business as usual. The techs are doing a great job in the field, but then are being undermined by the office staff. They deserve to work in a company with a better support staff.
Zerorez has cleaned my carpets, now my ductwork and I'm happy with that. The office staff is bringing your company down and I will not deal with them again. Communication is key to good customer service. I'm not so much upset that it took 6 weeks to get the filter, just the lack of honest communication about it.

I did not meet with the Zerorez rep. We are buying a house in Henderson, our Real Estate agent met with them to get a bid to have the carpets cleaned. However, looking at your website, I this you have an awesome company.
