Both times I have used you I have been pleased with the result. This time the technician was Ray and he did an awesome job. He was very professional and I could feel his enthusiasm about his work and dedication to doing the best job he could. Overall I was very impressed.
Quick, clean and total thoughtfulness
The price went from a quote of $218.00 to $169.00. I was charged for 4 rooms which are completely full of furniture which was not remove so only cleaned carpet around furniture. The I was told I he needed to use BrushPro that machine put black dirt all over my carpet prior to being used. The cleaning job was so so nothing to brag about. Your company came highly recommended. The price was not what I budgeted for and I have never paid $169.00 for cleaning. My home is only a Condo. not a big house. Also the electrical stress i experienced should have been told to me before Tech left so I wouldn't have to call and get all worked up with no electricity in the bathroom.
The service technician R Muniz was very courteous and professional. He explained all actions he will take in cleaning our designated areas. During the walk through he explained how stains will be treated and what types of products would be available and the total price of work prior to beginning. During the cleanup operation he was very professional.
Service was quick. The product seemed to take up a lot of the dirt. Looks much better and smelled great.
You cleaned it well and the cleaner fellow was informative and polite. And on time!

The whole house smelled so fresh and clean after the carpets and tile were cleaned. The techs are always friendly and careful while moving equipment through the house. Our carpets look new and the tile was so clean it was remarkable.
