Our carpet cleaner was great just don't appreciate getting a quote for $250 then when he came out it changes to $350 and 5 rooms is actually 7 rooms. There fore we could not get the entire house cleaned. Frustrating for a homeowner.

THE OVERALL CARPET CLEANING AND SERVICE TECNICIAN WAS GOOD. HOWEVER I FEEL THAT THE CARPET ADJACENT TO THE BASEBOARDS AND CABINETS WAS CLEANED INADEQUATLEY. THERE ARE BETWEEN AND INCH AND FOUR INCHES OF CARPET THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED SUFFICIENTLY. THEREFORE THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE CARPETS IS SOMEWHAT DISSAPOINTING. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR COMPNAY'S RESPONE.
We recently had our carpet cleaned and were very happy with the service. The cleaning tech arrived right on time, was very professional and competent. Our carpet looks great at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use Zerorez next time.
The service person was very polite, introduced himself, told me exactly what he was going to do before he started. My carpet look like new carpet when he wad finished. We love our carpet again. Thanks to Art the service person.

The tech that came in was a really nice guy and the carpet looked decent when he finished.but the smell on the carpet did not go away it got worst. We tried to cantact the tech he did not return our call we also called the office and they didnt return our call either.

After, the tile floors appeared to be very clean, didn't take long to complete the job and the worker was very efficient and helpful
My carpets look and feel amazing! The entire upstairs smells very fresh and clean! The technician, Rob, was incredibly friendly & took the time to answer all of our questions.
On time, reasonably priced, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced technicians who wore "booties" while in the house. Job was done quickly but professionally, results were fantastic! Reasonable offers were made for add-on work. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends, family and co-workers.
