Our technician,Johnny, arrived on time and just did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpet .The carpet had not been cleaned in over a year and had some very serious pet issues and just very dirty areas from everyday living.Our carpet is nine years old and now looks like new.We will definately ask for Johnny again as he was so helpful and went out of his way to get a great result.

Tech was very friendly and polite. He really worked with us to get all the areas cleaned. We had to shift beds back and forth during the cleaning and he was really accommodating. Carpet smelled awesome and feels great.

Usually pretty easy to schedule
I wasn't expecting miracles but I was disappointed that I didn't get better results & my carpet was wetter than expected & remained damp until the next day. A large yellow stain appeared where there was none before. A technician did come out to redo the area that had the stain but now that area is noticeably cleaner than the rest of the carpet.
The serviceman called to say he was coming and worked efficiently and did a thorough job on the carpets. Your product has a clean smell which I like.

Way over priced ! Equipment was not working properly . Technician still did carpets leaving the carpets way to wet. So all I ended up with was a stinky dirty smell. Since the equipment was not sucking up the water when it finally dried the carpet was stiff . $285 for nothing .
Charging $8.00 fuel fee is stepping over the line. I was quoted $95.00 according to carpet cleaner that did not include hallway. Charged me $29. To clean hallway that couldn't be 6 ft long. Also oversold additional cleaning services. The quote of $95.00 turned into $174.00. I don't choose to do business with this type of business. Take me off your list as I have taken you off mine

The low price incentive excitement is quickly diminished when the price automatically doubles once the guy gets there.
Not all of the grout was cleaned,The kitchen & by the fireplace didn't look to good.
I only have ray do it. He's professional and friendly. Always goes above and beyond.
I like how good the carpet look after they are cleaned. Even a couple of weeks after and the old stains have not returned....My children add enough new ones!

the fact that no soap is used and yet the carpet is clean. seems to last much longer between cleanings
You basically clean the carpet with water. The carpet stayed wet/ damp for almost 10 hours. That was with a fan blowing on it. It did smell clean and fresh.
I didn't like that the paper I signed off on was printed with extremely small print. Afterwards, I saw that the box I checked was the one to waive the 30 guarantee, as the technician advised. I guess he recommended that box because I did not select to do a pet treatment on a spot in my office.
Staff did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with
