The serviceman (Todd White) arrived on time!! and we discussed the areas to be cleaned. He was very polite. pleasant and anxious to do a good job. He efficiently finished the job in a timely manner. I noticed when the carpet dried that there was an area of my large rug that did not look like it had been completely cleaned so Todd goodnaturedly came back the same day to redo the area. I noticed later that the area was not completely free of the dark marked area. I do not think it was Todd's fault at all! The next time I call Zerorez I will explain the situation and perhaps that service person can bring something that we might try on those spots. I would rather not have the area rug picked up as it is too difficult for me to do so....and therefure, I will attempt to tell the person taking the customer request for service to have the next cleaner be aware that those particular spots are really ground into the rug.
I have been a customer for many years and I am always appreciative of the service people and the job they do on my carpets.
Usually I am super happy with zerorez but this time my grout was only cleaned where I could see and on the other side of counter it was not...but the guy was already gone

I cannot fully review because I have not called yet. The stains are coming back within a week, and the radio ad said they would not. The carpets had a surface treatment for pet stains and the odor in the house is WORSE. The technician initially missed an area and upon his leaving I pointed the area out which was one of the reasons for the surface pet treatment, he did not use the machine on the area he spot treated it and sprayed solution on it. I understand that I did not have the deep clean but I would expect some improvement with a treatment, but the oder is definitely are worse and almost spread to areas not affected before.
Rob Naas did an excellent job and the products he used are excellent to get the job done.

After the carpet dried there was a film on there making it crunchy when you walked. Doesnt seem clean at all.

Cleaning of pet urine, when cleaning it didn't smell but you can see the rings of Urine. So spots are still there but the rest of the carpet is clean.
Andrew and Cesar were so professional. I have used Zerorez in another home for a number of years and have always been very satisfied, so I thought I would try it in this home. I am still very happy with how well Zerorez cleans my carpets. I will continue to use this company no matter which house I am having cleaned.
The tile floor between the front door and the carpeted rooms was dirty after the men left due to water and shoe stains. Should have been appropriate clean up. Not all carpet was cleaned. Some areas were left undone.
