The technicians are friendly and professional and our carpets look amazing when finished.
Most of the stains came out of my carpet. The technician who cleaned my carpets and tile was very professional and didn't stop until the job was finished. He even cleaned the grout and it now looks like it did when I first bought it. I already recommended you to my good friend and told her to ask for the discount rate that I paid...$29 per room and 100 square ft. of tile cleaned free. The technician's name is Jared and I will ask for him by name the next time I have my carpets and tile cleaned.

Professionalism of your technican (Cesar). Explained the process well, and outlined additional services that he recommended with full and open disclosure of the costs and the benefits, He was fast and efficient and did an excellent job.

First off, the carpet looks amazing! We have a puppy, who isn't the most housebroken. Juan and Luke to extra care to explain the options we had. They were both very knowledgeable about the services and were completely professional. They are both assets to your company.
some areas the dirt came right back up as soon as the carpet dried.
I purposely waited 7 days after the shampooing of my carpets to see if spots or tracks resurfaced and to my great delight they did not!!! I am thoroughly satisfied with the carpet cleaning I received and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much for a service well done!!!

The end result was great
Carpet is only nine months old wasn't really that dirty. Carpet looked good in some rooms and was crunchy feeling when it dried. My two chairs still had dirt and cat hair in the seams, seems like they could have looked better. Tech was very nice just seemed like my place was wet just not clean
Consistency in performance of the service results.
As I explained before, I've used your service I believe a total of 4 times previously. The first time the owners of the home I was renting had you out to clean prior to me moving me in. The first two visits went extremely well. The last two however changed my opinion. The third visit the Tech showed up and asked if I could fill his tank with water as someone had used his van and not filled it up. This last visit, not only did I supply the water but I had to let it run for the entire cleaning. So basically I got charged $298.00 to use my water and run it through your system.
I'm resending this because although I received a call from "Brad" that I missed, I never heard back from him. I left a message for him after being told he was conducting a "Training Class" with the gal that answered the phone, but never heard back. I just feel that charging folks that kind of money to clean carpets using their water is a little exorbitant, and I would be real hard pressed to recommend your service to anybody.

We utilized your company because we like that your product does not leave any residue or use harsh chemicals. I could not be happier with the results or the incredible service provided by Luis! He is incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, personable, skilled, extremely courteous, and all around I couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend him to anyone! Our tile before and after was dramatically cleaner and our carpet looks fantastic! Thank you! :)

The carpet was not wet all day and looked great
I was disappointed that some pet spots could not be removed, but I understand that not all spots can be dealt with. The technician worked hard and overall did a good job.
