Found out thatblack friday had a special and I was not offered it...was told I was getting a great deal. Service person also left a hole in my wall but failed to tell me...there's more, but that's good for now
Carpet came out extremely well. Very professional & knowledgeable service rep that came and services our home.
Technicians arrive on time & are clean & neat. They are friendly & helpful & do what they can to help the customer move things around, etc. I am pleased with the results of their services.
When we called Zerorez, we asked if your system/products could remove stong-smelling chemicals and final pet allergens (dander, fur, stains, etc.) from carpet. The home we were attempting to move into as a rental had been "cherry bombed" by the company that owned it (Invitation Homes)--a type of enzyme to supposedly "neutralize" the home--and likely hide odors. Then it had been left closed up for several days with no ventilation. So the chemical smell/properties were overwhelming, to say the least. (When we first saw the property, this had not yet been done, and the home smelled and felt fine health-wise). We were told you could clean this out of the property--it was "what you did". We were doing it to a home we were just moving into (rental) that had been carpet cleaned by the prior tenant, then cleaned again professionally by the company who own it, but with chemicals (and a lot of them). It was two-year-old carpet and, while it looked good overall before Zerorez came in, the smell was overwhelming, and the amount of pet fur; we naturally assumed there were things that were still in there that couldn't be seen, either. We were re-assured by Zerorez that this could be done by your company, and that you "guaranteed" your work. We figured it was worth the money. After Zerorez finished, the carpet looked the same (still looked good, like before), but we were hopeful that the chemicals and pet remains had been removed this time. We stayed off of it for 24-hours. When we went back into the home once the carpet was dry, we were sorely disappointed that it hardly seemed to make a dent, if any. We called and told your company this and were told that was "all that could be done", that we should "rake the carpet, vacuum lots," and "work on it on our own". We did that, but it still didn't remove the chemicals enough. We have now pulled up the carpet and padding and put it in the garage, as it is too full of chemicals and pet remains (can smell urine), and has been making our family sick when we go in to try do basic cleaning before move-in. In other words, it's not ready for move in still, and we are still trying to air it out. (Zerorez came in November 19, 2015, and it is now November 27). Removing the carpet has helped a lot. We are sorely disappointed that Zerorez not only did not live up to what they said they could and would do, but there was no guarantee of the work at all. We would expect a full refund from this kind of "work", and are hopeful that you will honor your guarantee.
The carpets dry quickly and are clean & soft once you're done.
Technician very diligent and conscientious. He took pride in getting the traffic area of carpet as clean as possible. The carpet looks wonderful.. Highly recommend Zerorez
First of all I feel the $284.00 was very high. Also after he was done cleaning the rooms, there were water marks on the tiles outside each room that was clean.

Everything. Luis Meza and Dee provided very good customer service and worked hard to get the job done. They explained the process which was very informative, they also showed me before and after pictures. After they finished the carpet cleaning, the results were impressive. The fact that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals is important to me as I suffer from seasonal allergies. Will. He was really great!! He got up all the spots on the carpet that the serviceperson before with Zerorez did not. So happy my carpet looks clean! Thanks Will. But he didn't get all of the floor polish on the tile in the kitchen. He missed a spot. This makes me sad - but, not everyone is perfect. It happens. I guess I can live with it.:((
Your staff are always professional and conscientious!They listen to my needs and tailor the services to meet them. I love that my carpets aren't "crunchy" afterwards.
They worked quickly and the workers are nice. I like that it doesn't have cemicals to attract more dirt.
Albert was professional and did a great job on my carpet. He was able to extract dirt and old pet hair left over from the previous tenant that lived here before me left behind. I am pleased with how my carpet turned out considering the age and condition it was in.
I expect the spots to come back sooner or later, but with in 4 days they were reappearing. And the guy that did our carpet was more of a annoying sales man than anything else, after being told that I knew alot about carpet care. And when they were done there where places in our grout that were GONE. He pointed it out as something that was there prior but was not so now we get to try and re grout several spots in our tile.
Carpet looks good, good job.
Wonderful job, results were much better than I hoped for with 25 year old carpeting.
