All around excellent customer service and the results are fantastic.
You did a very good job and the tech was very knowledgable and courteous however the job was very expensive, more than I expected. This cost may be customary for the area/service, just was an unexpected cost. I could have bought a new large area rug for what I paid to clean 2 area rugs I had.
It stays clean for a long time. Smells clean. Leaves no residue.

This is the second time I've used your company. I'm very pleased how my carpet looks! I like the fact that you don't use chemicals as we are very sensitive to them as well as our dog. I appreciated the discount offered which really helped. Brandon used the flash and enzyme process on the areas where the dog pee was. We now have no more pee smell!
I've recommended Zerorez to my parents who use you also. I've also put a review on your Facebook page. I took before and after pics which show incredible results. You have me as a regular customer!

Efficient and fast
Very professional and they did an amazing job on cleaning out tile and grout. Price was very reasonable
The cleaning is satisfactory but there were still many wet spots after 8 hrs. I believe there was not enough water extracted and I've had your company previously and it took half that long to dry. It is dry now, of course, so there is nothing to be done.

If the upholstery cleaning can come up cleaner than prior to cleaning, that would be great, or if offers of great discount for follow up cleaning within a period of time such as within one or two years, so that carpet and upholstery can keep up in good shape.
Your system does a very good job at cleaning carpets. I like the fact that it doesn't contain detergent. I really like your employee, Andrew. I didn't get him last year, but I did the year before. I was very happy that I was able to request his service this year. My carpet turned out great!!
The water hose leaked some sort of white residue on the tile floor and it hardened into a crust that was difficult to remove.
Tech was so nice and friendly, he also called prior to arriving with an estimated arrival time. He was very knowledgeable of the services he was providing. I rent currently and the carpet is older, they looked great after zero rez! I look forward to using you in 4 months when I move.
The associate worked ver hard and took pride in the job. I hope after 15 days my carpets looks as good as it did after he cleaned it. I have white bright carpet which has never seen shoes ever.your associates couldn't believe that the carpet was never cleaned in 24 years. First time cleaning it happy at this point.

Technician and quality.
When I called to set up an appointment, I explained what was going on with the carpets (pet urine). I was told you would be able to get it out. Your company came out I paid $240 to have it completed. At that time your tech should have said he could not save the carpets. So after paying $240 I had to pay again to have carpets ripped out and replaced. I know you want business, but having the tech tell someone, wow not going to be able to fix this problem, because this is there expertise, would have kept me as a customer. It saddened me because I had heard nothing but great things.
