My rugs have always come out nice and clean. The people that come and clean are very professional
It is almost dry when they finish. Carpets are not soaked! And they are not crunchy with soap residue. Clean. They also arrive in the designated time frame. Technicians are always polite.

Our 13 year old carpet looks like new again. We will not have to replace it yet. The tile and grout cleaning made it look like I had just installed fresh grout.
It is very likely I would recommend Zerorez! With my last service, I was out of town and my husband handled the carpet cleaning techs. I already had the service set up with Roy who called to confirm the appointment. I was only expecting to pay $240. I was upset to find out my husband paid over $400. Don't get me wrong - even my husband said the carpet looked better than the past cleanings by Zerorez which I didn't think was possible and he did approve the additional service, I felt that since I was the one who set up the service I should have been called to approve the additional service.

I paid extra to have the dog urine removed but the smell is still there.
After watching the guys on the morning blend for months cleaning filthy carpets, it was a little disheartening when I was told to get my dirty carpet clean, it would be an additional $45 for him to deep scrub.
For the record, He did a good job and was polite.
The wait time to too long. The window should be shorter than 4 hours. I have use your company 4 times and each time they tell me a 4-hour window and each time its at the end of the 4-hour window. Seems to me you could call the customer if you know you are going to me another 4 hours.
Technicians are professional and efficient, and very nice! End results are always fantastic.

They clean and you can tell the difference and polite tecs
First,the 100 square ft of tiles offer,nobody mentioned it has to be a single area,it says 100 sq ft.period.No noticeable difference on grout before and after.Stains still there on certain areas.Your rep was like a car dealer,pushing to sell me the pet treatment,I only have a cat.But I guess that's how he got trained.Overall, not impressed at all.

Ray was absolutely the best person to deal with as a first time user of Zerorez! He explained everything thoroughly and was very accommodating to my needs. The carpets were cleaner,brighter and soft.
My carpets turned out very good. There was a bit of a problem with communication. I never got a call before they showed up and the big truck (water on board) did not work. They came back at 5 with a van (used my water). I know things brake down and don't always work out as planned. I was glad I was able to be here on a Friday night and they got the job done. I was happy for that. I am getting my tile cleaned next.
