Andrew was so helpful and informative. He explained so much. He could not have been more professional, polite and helpful. We will absolutely be calling you back for future visits! Our floors look amazing!
The product that was used for some urine stains from my dog worked great .
1. Before the Operator even started the job, I was sold into purchasing a special cleaner/method for really tough stains. (Why wasn't I just quoted the REAL PRICE without the sales pitch?)
2. Operator was not aware of my $50.00 coupon that I had mentioned to the person taking my appointment. (Why was he not informed of the supposed discount prior to his coming?)
3. Operator's equipment broke down a little after starting his task. He attempted to use my house's water system; however, apparently the method didn't work. I was told that it would take a "while" before another van could be dispatched. I reminded him that I had to have the house ready for inspection by the Property Manager. I urged him to plea with his superiors - offering to call myself. He took care of it. The replacement equipment arrived shortly thereafter. (With a company as reputable as Zerorez, why is the equipment not duly checked?)
4. When finished, the outcome was not what I expected. The Operator said it was an old and inexpensive carpet. (Why wasn't I asked the age and quality of the carpet when I made the appointment...that it would make a difference between a good outcome and a bad outcome?)
5. Operator told me a water spot that the movers had caused had been eliminated. (Why is it now resurfacing?)
5. Operator asked if liked the outcome of the hall and kitchen, to which I responded that I couldn't tell since it appeared wet. I proceeded to ask him to do the tile in the two bathrooms. A few short minutes later, he asked me how I liked the outcome. Again, I told him it looked wet. He told me it would take a while to dry and that the tile was covered with something that would help in making it look better. (Why does the dried tile now look spotted as if a foreign sticky goo had dried all over it? I can't seem to get it out. It looks ugly!)
6. Not knowing what the actual outcome would be like, I tipped the Operator $25.00. He was courteous and polite and seemed to know what he was doing.)
7. Zerorez advertises EVERY DAY on KXNT Radio that there is no crunchy residue. (Why, then, after it is dried, the carpet sounds like I'm walking on Fritos? Why is it still looking dirty? Why is the tile so yucky?
8. WHY DID I PAY $214.00 (after having been told that the job would cost $150.00 AND NEVER GOT A RECEIPT? Why was I told I was to have my receipt emailed and NEVER got it?!?)
9. WHY ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS?
10. I request a receipt, and if my landlord charges me for not leaving the carpet clean, I would want Zerorez to redo the work order.
The people are very knowledgeable about the products and ways to treat the stains without making them permanent. I really like that the products used have no chemicals
I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. It is the best cleaning that my floors ever enjoyed. My house now, after cleaning, looks like new. Just spotless.
And the technician, finished the job in less time that I thought it would be, and he is really professional.

The technician that did our cleaning was very courteous and helpful. My husband liked being shown under the black light the areas where our pets had soiled, and even though we cleaned the area there was still residue from them. He explained and offered the enzime to break down the soil and the fragrance was refreshing and lasted quite a while. As he was completing rooms he would ask us to check them to see if we wanted him to go over anything we thought needed additional attention. Everything looked great. Thank you.
My carpets were very dirty and we were ready to replace after several failed attempts to get them satisfactorily cleaned. The guys you sent and the products they used were able to renew my carpets and made them smell great!

Carpet is left so squishy wet, and abutting hard service floors are left with water and footprints. I think that should be wiped up by technician.
Zerorez is AMAZING!! We had really bad pet stained carpets and really dirty high traffic areas on light beige (almost white) carpeting. When Jacob and Jay (who by the way were just terrific!!) got finished it looked like we had NEW CARPETING! I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to anyone interested in getting their carpets cleaned. And by the way, the entire house smelled amazing after the cleaning. Thank you Jay...thank you Jacob!!!
