I like the quality of the cleaning as well as the service. Excellent customer service, very professional and the carpets always look like new afterward. We have dogs too and I love that the cleaning solution is safe for them.

Carpets looked great after I was up sold use of scrubber device. Not sure what the results would've been had I used that coupon service & not paid extra $70!!!!. The sales approach is gimmicky!!! If your product is only effective with scrubber, then why not just present it thus? Upfront?

My tile floor is now spotted with irregular "splashes" of some kind. I can remove them with windex, but why are they there? They were not there before the cleaning.
The tech checked for urine and pet stains. Did a very good job cleaning the carpet after renters. He put the protective on and this carpet will last through another renter. Very impressed
The young men that come out are exceptional. No saggy pants, nice hair cuts, extra clean looking and nice personalities. Not for one second do I have a problem letting them come in my house. Jay explained what I needed and explained things as they were done. The carpet looked so nice when he finished. Zerorez will be called again when we are needing our carpets cleaned and we will recommend Zerorez to all of our friends.
The technicians do a great job and the products you use clean very well and do not leave a smell. The carpets also dry much quicker than most companies
