I like that no shampoo is used (which creates residue on the carpet). I like the scent of Zerorex. I like the professional manner of the techs (I don't feel pressured to purchase extras). And I especially like the quick drying time of the carpet after cleaning.

Carpets are visibly cleaner and the tile treatment is spectacular. Rob, the zerorez tech, was informative and personable.....and quick!!! Quick does not mean sloppy or deficient in any way. We will call again.

De explained what all he was going to do and repeatedly asked to see if the work was up to my expatiations. It was everything and more for the quality of work performed. We have a high grade of Berber carpet that is 30 yrs old and it looks brand new. Thank you and you are being highly recommended.
