I need to speak to you asap there is a major problem that happen during the cleaning process
no detergents, no chemicals
Great service and we really thought Brandon did a very thorough job.
That you do not use chemicals. And that your technicians are always friendly and competent. Lastly, that our carpets look fabulous when finished.

The cleanliness and feel of the carpet after it has been cleaned and the professionalism of the associates second too none.
Employees were very friendly and professional and willing to do their best, however, it took 3 tries. Employees should be given better guidance.
The first once damaged the newly installed baseboards with black markings all across the baseboards and left some rake like streaks in the rugs that did not vacuum out. The second tried to correct it with a much higher power wash and with that it left light and dark flag marks all over the rug that did not come out no matter which way you vacuumed the rug. The third guy, Art, did another light clean and rinse and then used a light rake over the rug to fluff the fibers up leaving no markings from the machine. Art did a great job and all the stiff areas are about gone as well as the color of the carpet looking consistent.
No chemicals
Nobody cleans like you do. I thought I needed new carpet on my stairs a few years ago. You changed that the very first cleaning. Looks like new today
The crew that showed up were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. But after they finished their job and I let the rugs dry for over 12 hours I found the following:
I revacummed each room and was very surprised with how much dirt and dog hair I was pulling out from the rug. When I asked one of the rug crew should I need to vacuum the rugs after the rugs dried he said no that their gets way more dirt and dog hair than I could get with my vacuum. Man was he wrong. As advertised the cleaning 4 areas at $29.00 per room, that i was shocked at the $335. 00 bill I got. Between the bill and all the dirt and dog hair that I got up with my vacuum I would not recommend Zero Rez to my friends.
Carpets were very clean like nww, and job was done quickly and efficiently
Our carpet is 12 years old and its amazing how clean our technician was able to get it.

Did a great job
No after smells or residues. I am shocked at how clean it got my carpet! The tech was wonderful in explaining everything.
The young man was very helpful and friendly. Will be calling again to have my kitchen tile cleaned. I also liked the calls before coming out.

I like that your phones are answered by real people who are friendly and professional. I was kept informed about the timing of the reps arrival. The carpet looked very clean and the kitchen floor looked great. The property manager was very pleased that I used your services.
The cleaning process is amazing and with no residue left behind.. Plus the carpet is completely dry in a few hours. I've hired several different cleaning companies over the years but none compare with Zerorez!
