Very good additional info about the wear on carpet and all the additional services available WITHOUT high pressure sales!!! I will not use a company the second time if high pressure sales are used no matter how good the product works.
I was impressed that I was called that the tech was going to be closer to the end of the window of time they gave me so I was able to run an errand. Good communication with me, even though they arrived within the window of time they quoted.

The Ad stated Carpets pre-treated, cleaned & Sanitized for only $29 plus 100ft.of tile cleaned FREE......
No tile cleaned... I guess pre-treated was me moving the furniture and vacuum.
My house is small (only 1600sq.ft.)
the 3 bed bedrooms are small.
The carpet is covered with a king size bed in one, twin beds in one and office carpet is covered by office furniture and plastic mat for chair.
So it was just walk areas that needed cleaning.. There was pet urine on some of these walk areas.. I was told it would be an extra fee for this..
Was I supposed to tell him No and not have carpets cleaned .....
then after they are cleaned I'm told there is a fee for scotch guard..
$461 is too...much .... never received an itemized receipt....
It took 2 days for the carpet to dry.......And cost a $150 a room....
Have been sharing by bad experience with friends........
No chemicals and the rugs come out so nice and clean.

A very positive experience in all aspects. The appointment setting staff member was professional and informed and provided a very timely appointment and fair quote over the phone. The follow-up email detailing the process, the appointment, and the quote was appreciated. The technician was prompt (even early), professional, and efficient. And the ultimate goal - a clean carpet with no residue - was definitely achieved. The carpets look, feel, and smell great. I will definitely use Zerorez Las Vegas again, especially when they offer such great specials.
