Actually I wasn't that impressed with the results or the tech. He was a nice enough fella, he just kept saying "doesn't that look great", when the results were less than stellar. He also spent more time trying to up sell other services than actual cleaning.
He talked me into getting the tile in the kitchen cleaned, and honestly I couldn't tell much difference in it when he was done.
I probably won't have ZeroRez back again.

I liked that the stains and the pet orders went away. Prior to your service my living room smelled like a rotten hamster pen.

He had no objection when we asked for two additional items to be cleaned while he was here, which we appreciated very much. The carpet, rugs, couch and loveseat that he cleaned look wonderful. They work...I especially appreciated the fact that the technician did not try to persuade me to purchase additional services I had not requested. He presented me with options for the future and acknowledged that I was on a budget. There were no high pressure sales tactics which I have encountered with other companies. The work was completed in a timely manner and the carpet looks great...The tech was on time, polite, personable and professional.

I was mostly impressed with the tile floor cleaning. It looked as new as when first installed. The grout was spotless! I was however disapointed when after spending 600.00 I was asked to purchase the "spot cleaner" package for $25.00. For that kind of investment I would have expected it to be a complementary gift. That was a huge turn off to what would have been a perfectly happy and satisfied customer. Not a good PR approach in my estimate and experience with your competition in this competitive business market. thanks.
