There was one stain that the technician wouldn't be a problem and it is still there. The stain wasn't terribly bad and I have had stains that were darker removed by other companies.

The service person was prompt, listened to my concerns and preformed the job with excellent results. There was a deep red juice spot that he warned us about. It almost came out but I knew it was a rough job. We have 3 young children and weren't expecting a miracle but it was still an excellent result. Thanks! The employee. Last visit I had a guy come and he was so nice and very hard working. This time two showed up, one was the same guy. The other guy was just there doing his job. Not really well and not bad. Just there. But the other guy, the one who was there on the first trip, was again busting his butt and doing an incredible job. Do you know that while cleaning my truck he even took the time to clean the seat belts? He really went the extra mile and that didn't slow down the process. He just worked insanely fast and hard.
Your products work great. All stains came out, even ones that I thought would not. Your prices are very reasonable and the service effective. But the operator is the one that is putting you over the top.
My 8 month pregnant wife and I thank you for cleaning our floors, couch, and truck so well. We'll see you again next time.

Your professionalism, the smell, my carpets look brand new, I see no stains. I love that I left a voice mail and sent an email to see if someone could be at my house earlier on Monday morning as my husband had an unexpected meeting come up and I was afraid of not getting a response because it was so early before Zeorez opened, however, I did get a response and someone was at my house earlier than the scheduled time and finished the job so my husband could make it to his appointment. I will highly recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you for making my carpet look new again!
