I wished that I could use your machines and spend a little more time cleaning. I think it would have been even better. I was very happy with the removal of stains from the furniture and the carpet.

I have berber carpet installed in 1994. It is off white and I can't believe how clean it is after Zerorez cleans it. My carpet dries fast and has no lasting smell. The cleaners have always been very efficient and courteous.
The service was very good this time around. The carpets looked very good unlike the last time you cleaned them for me. The representitive was very professional and he also raked my living room carpet which made a big difference in the drying process as he said it would.

I have used y'all several times to do my carpets and have been extremely happy with the entire process. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. I like how there is never a mess on any floors that they cross over and the bumpers they put to protect corners are an excellent touch. Professional and punctual service. While all stains were not completely removed, my carpets looked much nicer!
The technician, Brian, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He recommended additional products to make my cleaning last longer. He showed me exactly what he was doing and explained the process as he went. The products are chemical free making them child and pet friendly. He even cleaned our recliner for free! I'm already planning my next cleaning.
